Clean hotel, friendly service. Parking was easy & priced similarly to other hotels in the area. Restaurant had great cocktails, the food was decent for the price.

The hotel was perfect. Check in process was quick, easy, and the front desk associate was friendly and welcoming and provided great recommendations for my Disneyland trip. The room was clean and very comfortable. The king size bed was relaxing. Even though the hospital was directly across the street, the hospital noise from ambulances and such did not interrupt sleep or disturbing. The bathroom had a shower with great pressure and the water temperature was perfect. The room was a renovated room and I will definitely return and book at this hotel foe future trips. The lobby had a bar that looked busy day & night. I did not get a chance to try any of the restaurant food but the menu seemed good. My overall stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Hotel was very clean very neat, well-maintained and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. It was a lot more expensive than I wouldn’t anticipated but oh well!!!

The adler was perfect...we had a beautiful boutique room with gorgous bathroom ...comfy bed and a view of the Hollywood sign. The room was perfect a.d a good walking location to the walk of fame.the reception was very inviting and friendly ..tje diner attached had great food and friendly staff...would highly recommend.

Great stay! Very nice hotel only thing the toilet seat wasn’t the best as in it moved and it was scratched. Other than that everything was great. Would def stay here again!

The hotel is very nice, well kept, clean and the location is good. The only issue I had with this hotel was how poorly the staff was trained. Multiple situations with the front desk staff, hotel operator and restaurant staff

To be honest, the sheets felt Like they were made of plastic. Just starched to oblivion. They crumpled and made sounds when we turned in our sleep. Everything was expensive, 7 dollar bottles of water, nothing complimentary. The view was cool and the location was very good, maybe the best part. But parking was expensive, and even more expensive for the valet (that wasn’t even going to the valet people I’m Pretty sure). But they try to compensate with a warm chocolate chip cookie when you sign in? Price point didn’t match up, probably wouldn’t go there again. I like to be able to sleep at night.

We had a great stay. Rooms were very clean and quiet - you will hear sirens from the med center next door though. Only bummer is we were not offered cookies by desk staff and completely forgot to ask so we missed out :( but I would stay here again so planning to remember to ask next time!

My room was Very clean, spacious, and overall a great stay. I booked this very last minute and it had everything I needed for a quick 2 night stay. The restaurant on the property was exceptional. Food & drinks were top tier. I definitely would stay here again.

Valet was very nice and helpful with parking locations. Check in was quick and easy. Bedding had make-up stains from the last guest. 2 out of 4 elevators available. The bed mattress was so uncomfortable. Rooms were hot at night, A/C was not able to adjust under 65 temp. Shower head did not fully work. Hotel did provide good shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The hotel does have a restaurant/bar that was really nice. Checking out was a hassle. When checking out, the hotel only had one working elevators out of 4 servicing all 20 floors. Waited over 30 minutes for an elevator. Decided to take the stairs instead. Could not take the stairs to the lobby because there was no access to the lobby through the stairs. There was a staff member who took her time to walk us down 6 flights of stairs and guide us to the lobby. Front desk did give us a small discount for the inconvenience.

I had to park a block and a half away when I had two small sleeping children, because they only have a certain amount of valet, and it was full. No help from a Bellman, security guard, or the valet person. I had to carry two sleeping children, luggage, upstairs after walking this far. Nearly impossible. I’m very frustrating.

I booked the hotel so that I would have easy access to UCI Medical Center which is right across the road. The hotel room was perfect for a good night’s rest and really convenient.

We are still here. Our room only had one wash cloth and one coffee pod. By the time I noticed it was too late to call for eC thong. I have ased tjem to correct the sitch. We couldnt exit the parking lot. Out ticket wouldnt work. Our room key woouldnt work. Finally after the third press of the parking help button, the first 2 they talked but they didnt do anything, i yelled at them that there were 3 cars waiting behind me and they needed to just open up the fg gate. They opened it. Every step of way this has been the way my trip is going. I needed a relaxing vaca. Tjis has been anything but.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Fera. We were definitely a little surprised that WiFi was not included and there wasn't a clock in the room or any pens/ paper which I find is standard most other places, but not huge issues of course. The Peel lounge area and restaurant were great. Service was top notch and all food/drinks were tasty and nicely served.

This hotel is not worth the price. BE AWARE…they will charge you a $50 holding fee over what you’ve already paid and $28 for parking a day. They charged me twice for parking even though I was only there for one day. Parking itself was also a pain in the bum. The guest card sensor would not work and you can’t go in or out without calling for assistance or grabbing another ticket. Pictures are misleading, we were given a room that was only half way finished with renovations. The bathroom still had its outdated design and the tub faucet was running and you can’t turn it off…waste of water. Flushing is pretty loud and strong…kinda like when you flush in an airplane. The safety lock was broken off. Room had that sour dry water smell. If you get a room with double beds, just know that they are not queen sized they are smaller. The only good thing was the beds were comfy. Staff and service were just okay, could be better.

Front desk has zero urgency in satisfying their guest. Manger Kayla is no help. The hours of operations for the restaurant and coffee shops are not reasonable, the bar has a nice look to it but nothing special about it on how they advertise this hotel.

I check in around late 9 pm, and service told me to wait like 15minutes to get paper work done because they claim hotels.com didn’t complete the reservation. After that I went to my room and lots of trash on the ground! There are crackers, perfume, water bottle cap, penny on the ground, in restroom used and dirty towels left on the holder. this is a 4-star hotel and the service is so bad! Call the service to send someone to check, called two times and always reply will send someone to take a look but never show up. Worse experience I ever have

The rooms are renovated spacious and clean. Check in was efficient , elevators are prompt . Great location by outlet mall- lobby has soiled carpet and could use a good cleaning replacement , overall great
