Everything was good except the beds. I didn't get much sleep. The beds we're very broken down. They had hug dips in them. I felt like I was sleein a hole.

I reserved through Hotel's .com I was looking for a large room Sq. ft. - Most standard rooms fall into the 300+ sq. ft. I thought that I reserved a room that was near 600 sq. ft. When I went up t the room, it was the smallest room I ever checked into, other than some hotel rooms in Europe. I paid an extra $60.00 to get the size room I thought I was checking into.

I can’t even exchange some coins at front desk. and this is really a standard for Sheraton. This disappoints me.

Really dismal lighting, and even though the place seemed almost deserted, we were given a room with an interior view. I wouldn’t take this hotel again.

We stay here quite a bit when we come into town. The rooms are spacious and clean. We gave this a 4 star because the restaurant was closed….?? We were disappointed because this is one of the reasons we like to stay here. Also we had to leave the hotel to get dinner which we did not want to do since we were so tired from traveling.

First time at this property. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, with spacious rooms. Service was fine. Conveniently located, and nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Only complaint is no pool/hot tub.

The room is nice and clean but the staff at front desk is not professional. I had paid extra money to buy my breakfast but he denied until I showed the evidence of purchase. The breakfast is so so. There are many listed items but actually only very few of them are available. The most disappointing thing is that the staff moves like a sloth and keep you waiting for 10 minutes just for a sandwich and a cup of drink.

Check ladybwas polite and efficient considering I arrived after 11pm and wanted my bed. Parking was a bit difficult at rines but that was due to the hotel having a quincenera, which I understood. I coukd hear the music in my room on the 3rd level a bit but not overbearing that I couldnt rest. The room was spacious and very clean and housekeeling cleaned while i was out shopping. I didnt know that you couldnt buy alcohol at stores after 11pm in Minnesota but they had some beers i could buy at the front and the gentleman who helped was very polite despite i didnt understand him right away due to my hearing. Overall, clean and modern hotel

The hotel is great! We were thrilled with the room and we loved the restaurant and bar. We absolutely will stay there again and I recommend it to everyone. The price was very surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the stay.

My reservation was to include a breakfast for two. This property knew nothing about this arrangement. I did show my reservation from Travelocity which was to include the breakfast. The property did accept this breakfast for two but with hesitation. Relaying this isn’t normal. Overall a nice hotel and would stay again.

We have stayed at the Sheraton several times now, and every stay has been perfect. The room is always clean and spacious, and we have never had any issues with noise or anything. And the staff is always lovely and accommodating.

Had a West facing room. Window drapes left open a tiny bit. Took for ever to cool down in the room. Finally did around 2am. Check in 5 pm. Only negative. It is my favorite place to stay and dine. Just odd this time,
