Needs a refresh. The hotel lobby is updated, but the rooms and other areas beyond the lobby are very outdated. Oversight on my part that there was breakfast included. Hotel food too pricey but food places close by. Two saving amenities: (1) The pool area is great! Large and deep. Hot tub is large. (2) Warm cookies daily Side note: front desk had visible mug shots of wanted people… not something a guest with kids wants to see.

Second time staying here before a trip. Convenient to the airport and the shuttle service is awesome! Beautiful , clean and cozy!

The room and the bathroom were clean, towels were fluffy, the bedding was spotless and the mattress was firm. It was a very comfortable stay as the rooms and hallway spaces were silent, people were coming and going but it was very peaceful to sleep there. All of the staff I interacted with, the front desk at check in and check out, the driver for the shuttle and the waitstaff in the bar and restaurant were kind and helpful.

Hi. We were thoroughly surprised that such a large "tower" with elegant accomdations was only $95/night. Thankful for that. Only a couple of notes but truly it was a lovely stay. 1) I think I know why, but always prefer a fan in the bathroom 2) there was no outlet on the "other" side of the bed to charge phone that reached. I had to unplug the lamp to use it with my fan otherwise, we had a very good experience and if we need to return to Bloomington where one of our family's hasn't a room, we'll be using y'all. thank you very much for a great experience.

Handicap room is not handicap accessible for someone with a wheelchair when trying to get in the room and into the bathroom. The door is heavy and cannot be propped open, however, moving around the room there was enough space for my wheelchair. Room was very dusty, fridge was dirty and smelled bad, the heater was very loud, and housekeeping asked us to leave the room at 9:00 am so they could clean, even though check out isn’t until 10:00am. No free breakfast but they do have a Starbucks in the lobby.

2 hour check in because Hotels.com did not complete the registration. Other guests cloths left in room. Changed room due to bugs in the bed. Dirty, dirty, dirty. I can not expresss how filthy the room was.

Didn’t know there was a Somalian prime minister here to speak and it was very crowded with people trying to get in and police were blocking their entry! I had to be escorted to my floor. No one was aggressive, just a little intimidating and strange!

We were looking for hotel close to Terminal 2 as we had an early morning flight. Because it was Labor Day weekend, the hotel parking lot was packed! I had to circle the property completely to find an available spot, as we arrived about 9 PM. Other than that we were very impressed with the property.

The hotel needs attention, bathroom vent was very dusty, had hole on bathroom wall, the light shade between the beds looked like some one was picking at it. I have pictures if you want to see what I am talking about. Will not be going back to this Doulbe tree

The hotel itself is large and welcoming, but it is outdated. It is busy at all hours and people are everywhere. It smelled like weed every night and morning. We asked them to at least come collect our garbages twice and they never did. We requested towels at least 3 times and ended up having to go to front desk to get them, along with getting more coffee and supplies. We stay for 4 days and really got no service.

The property was extremely busy. The entrance and lobby trashcans were overflowing at 3pm. There was a line of people to check in and only 2 employees to check guests into the hotel. The front desk employee gave us incorrect directions on how to get to our room. We had to ask a janitor how to get to our room because the building is laid out very confusing and there were no signs.

The room was not as it says on the website. When brought up, the employees confirmed that they are trying to get that changed and helped make accommodations for us. The thing that sucks is that this was for a bachelor trip and we were really relying on the hotel room being as it was presented on the website. Sucks to check in and start the weekend off this way. Staff was nice but never had a chance to make up for the hotel room itself.

Checked in after 10 hours of traveling for my room to be dirty from the last guests. When telling the front desk I didn’t have the time to switch rooms she was rude and made me feel small. We ended up getting my room switched but I had to wait a decent amount of time and ended up being late to an event that I had tickets for months ago.

Stayed here as we were at mall of American during the day. We traveled for food and a quick trip to sculpture garden downtown arrived at hotel at 11 pm. We didn’t expect check in to be difficult however there was a line out to the entrance of about 20 people. This same issue occurred when we stayed at Omaha double tree hotel downtown. Staff more employees at check in would help. Other than a difficult check in stay was good. Beds not very comfortable. Double beds small would recommend queen.

Although the hotel was clean & the staff were good, the room was terrible. We were placed right beside the staff elevators (room 822) and it was so loud, it sounded like people bowling right on top of our room at all hours. The air conditioner was loud and blew cold air on the person right beside it. The slats in the fan need to be repositioned so its not blowing straight onto the person sleeping beside it OR move the bed further from the unit. The room itself felt like we were in a basement with no windows. The window was dirty & we faced a wall. The room was too dark with not enough lighting. Add a few more lamps. It was so disappointing for a Hilton property.

Property looked very nice. Our room was not clean upon check in- we were tight for time and didn’t have time to deal with going back to front desk to issue a complaint. Trashes has not been emptied and there will pills on the ground. Bathroom fan did not work. Room and hallway to room smelled strong of marijuana (may have been isolated incidence with nearby room occupants) but when AC turned on, smell of marijuana was much more prominent. Pool deck was slimy— not sure what that was about. Check in was fast and efficient. Parking was fairly awful— came and left property several times over our stay and each time we had to do several laps through the parking lot to find an open spot. All the lights burned out in one of the three conveniently located elevators— there were 6 lights— not sure how they could all be burned out and not noticed by staff. Our room was not cleaned during the day when we were out and about.
