Staff amazing Hotel beautiful Check in staff wonderful Stunning grounds Ate on site at restaurant for birthday and never in my entire life have I been charged for a birthday dessert. We also asked restaurant to move reservation to 630 instead of 530 and they said they could not yet at 7:15 The restaurant was still empty and plenty of seats were available. It was overpriced but good.

Super expensive for what you get. Long lines for drinks, slow pool service. Room was $1400+ per night and was no nicer than a Hampton inn. Place was 2/3 empty and they charged $250 for a late checkout. $3 dollar drinks are $25…

Fantastic resort. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful pool and beach. Rooms were great. Didn’t leverage restaurants as reviews were not stellar and far overpriced ($50 for a bowl of pasta?). Only negative is they felt understaffed. For example quick breakfast place to grab coffee, sandwich, etc was always busy with 10 people in line and took 30 mins. Poor staff their tried there best and super nice, but they needed more help as that’s a silly wait for coffee

This is the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed! Everyone is over the top friendly, and the grounds are beyond what I could’ve imagined. It was an amazing place for my daughter, and we enjoyed the pools and the beautiful beach access. The food and drinks at the resort are very expensive and that was a little bit of a shock, but I would do it all over again

Lovely grounds. nice lounge. The rooms should have microwaves. I know that is the new thing. remove them so people will buy from restaurant or deli. It is bad when you dine at the olivina, and have half your dinner you have to toss bc you can't reheat. what a waste of food when you talk about going green. The coffee is nespresso. Most people like plain coffee in the morning, and there was no tea. I saw a man purchase a coffee pot. again-transparent- bottom line is squeeze the customer. other than that nice.
