Stayed in a similar property before, Villas are located right on Wailea beach, behind the villas are the Shops @ Wailea that has restaurants, groceries, and many higher end shops. Brought the family and rented 2 villas. The one my wife and I stayed in was just remodeled with very nice contemporary furniture, art and all new kitchenware. Ocean views from the lanai. It's a great value for a family, We plan on returning again.

Great location! Amazing views. Highly recommend. Kitchen was well appointed. Balcony was a great spot for the sunset.

We had mixed feelings on this stay. The apartment itself was excellent. We weren't that close to the ocean but that's probably because we have kids so they put us at the back of the property near the kids pool. But loved the inside of the unit.
The downside was level of service we would expect at this price point. No room cleaning, no breakfast, staff were nice but didn't seem to exude that 5 star commitment to making sure the guest is happy. We received a text suggesting morning yoga so my wife stopped in to try it. Not a great session and at the end the instructor said she had to Venmo her money for the session. Kind of weird. Nobody really checked in on us to see if we were happy. Usually at this nightly rate we feel very taken care of.
Still a beautiful property and great apartment.
