The stay was actually really good, I hadn't stayed in a hotel in a very long time. I'm so glad I did they were beyond exceptional with their customer service. The food was extremely good. the chef did his thing for sure. My dad worked for the Hilton before he passed and I definitely see why!

Loved it

Needs major room updates. Bathroom tub interior was peeling and floor in the room was barely vacuumed. Room curtains were stained. The room was so dusty that you could see dust floating everywhere but if you’re looking for a place to just sleep I guess this is fine. Not walking distance to anything.

Aside from the greeter at the font door I found the staff to be racial,my room didn't have heat and I was charged $22.00 for breakfast which wasn't disclosed to me until I had eaten
There is no sign indicating this nor was I told I was only seated!

Didn’t give me the room that I booked. Receptionist was rude. When I asked more questions, he just stared at me. Nice lobby but once up the elevator, dirty carpet floors, hair on bed sheets. No customer service at all and old.

Smelled really weird in elevator & hallways.

One night only. Didn’t use any services. One elevator not working so wait was longer than usual. Generally quiet. Not really a great area for walking. Industrial and freeway.

All was good but realize the top sheets of our bed is dirty and has stains. With that im thinking the bedsheets are not clean and so.

Family trip to Sacramento apon arrival/ chek-in we learn that HVAC system is not working and will not be fixed until the following day, it's December lows in the 40s with 2 children. Also my wife misplaced her debit card by the lobby atm & 10 minutes later she was alerted of use, a grub hub order from another guest at the hotel. Very disappointed...

No heating in rooms and it’s 48 degrees outside

The hotel was not bad. I was there for a marathon; hundreds of runners ensured a full hotel. As we came out to catch the bus to the race, at 4:45 a.m., the hotel provided coffee. For $5 a cup. Come on folks, embrace the moment: true hospitality would be to provide at least a little urn of coffee, with little cups. For free. We made you a lot of money after all.

The property was well maintained but the surrounding area was quite awful. Their we’re homeless and undesirables walking around and it made me weary of leaving my car.

The beds are nice and comfortable. The TV is large and nice. The channel selection is no good. Where's the internet? The shower head is too high. I need a shower hose style shower head. The soap smells like a strange man. I won't be able to stay here again due to the bathroom. Also the shower curtain stinks.

Friendly service and convenient food options. I like the security feature of needing a keycard to access the elevator.

Our stay was horrible, we were their for a soccer tournament for my kids. There was a halloween party that did not let us sleep at night, it waa very loud while also got broken in our friends cars and the hotel manager did not want to solve anything.

People who works there are nice and kind but the hotel is too old and the conditions are very poor.

Very old and dirty. The lobby is nice. The rooms smell like cats and cigarettes.

Hotel is located centrally to Sacramento and in a homeless, crime-ridden area. No lobby coffee. Onsite restaurant closed for dinner. Must eat at bar or room service. Restaurant only open for breakfast. My waiter wreaked of tobacco. Parking lot Security gates never closed but they charge guests $11 daily parking while non-guests park for free! Both you and your vehicle are not safe outside. Music from first floor private event resonated up to 10th floor, could not sleep. My room carpet was dirty. The employees and manager were "tight-lipped" about my parking fee complaint. My Hilton Honors were dis-honored at this dump.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We attended an event in the ballroom. The front end staff was fast & friendly and answered all our questions regarding our stay. The room was a little dated but very clean with all the amenities we needed & roomy enough for our toddler to run around. The only thing i wished for was a little more light by the full length mirror to be able to apply make up. Also loved the additional security feature of card entry into the elevators to access the guest rooms. Also loved the breakfast buffet in the morning. Hospitality staff was on point and present in dining room for refills of beverages and condiments as needed for our meal. Two thumbs up from us!

Checking in, the network was down, it’s no one’s fault however the overall experience was not the best. The room was dim and dark, not sure if there was a light fuse that went off. The remote for our TV was not working and we only had 2 pair of towels. The pillows were flimsy and did not offer support. There was piles of trash next to the elevators for two full days. It is very disappointing as we have stayed in several Hilton locations but this way by far one of the worst maintained hotels.

Great experience, just as we expected of a Hilton. Will definitely stay here again.

When checking in had to wait over an hour and a half. Finally get to the room and there is no running water. Front desk staff failed to inform me that they were having a plumbing issue. Couldn't flush the toilet, brush my teeth or take a shower. Being a "Hilton" sure was let down. Also booked a non-refundable room so they would not even work with me. Had to check out and go stay someplace else - The Marriott. Hilton will no longer be my choice going forward. Where is the common decency these days? How can a hotel charge you for a room that does not even have the basics?

Property was easy to find, good parking options and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable, however not many dining options when the hotel restaurant is closed as there is nothing within walking distance. You do need a car or Lyft to get to them.

We were on 11th floor facing the highway but the noise was too loud, constant drone of cars going by.

Check in was great, friendly staff. But our tub would not drain and the ice machine did not work on our floor which made both issues very inconvenient.

Great room, air conditioner not too good, wish I had been told when I reserved that the bar was closed

The second be time they changed my room for an executive suite to a tiny room with narrow doors .
Not cool

The furniture in my room noticeably old, chipped/damaged wood, and drawers wouldn't stay closed. There was a musty old smell when we walked in. It all made the room feel like an old motel instead of the Hilton.

I like the trees in the parking lot.

Noise all night from highway and other guests using the hallway. The a/c was very loud too. Other little inconvenience, shampoo and soap smelled bad. Also, $11 a night to park. For the price per night, not even complimentary breakfast items. $8 bottle/can drinks.

Our room was not very clean, there was old food left in the fridge (including a 1/2 dozen eggs), no coffee cups,1 coffee packet, food stains in the microwave, and only 2 towels. This hotel had no accessible housekeeping services - you had to ask for everything, and everything was very overpriced (a cup of plain coffee was $5.45).

Nice place. Very clean

For the most part everything was great about our stay. We spent a day at the Cal Expo for the California state fair and it was really nice to show up to a clean room with the A/C blasting, and a very comfortable bed. The only two complaints i had was that the A/C didnt stay on all night so it did get really humid and also the room phone did not work at all. Other then that the room was great

Overall the hotel is very nice. Even though it was a weekend, with a very large convention going on, the staff did their best but to keep up. My only two complaints were that the bed was so hard by hip bones hurt and I had to keep tossing and turning, & The bathtub was missing it's coding in about a palm sized area up inside the tub. The time still finishing perfectly, but I kind of hated putting the grandchild and myself in the tub for bath time. I completely understand that they could not give us a discount as I had put the room on a third party website, and was a little disappointed that they couldn't give us the $32 off that I had charged at the restaurant. The pool and spa were great.

Overall it was a good stay and pool was nice. However very noisy downstairs due to a party that lasted till almost 130am.
