Over all good stay shower in the room was clogged up when we took our first shower ran all over bathroom floor.went all week no problem last night we took showers again same thing called desk the lady said she give me a credit on my bill didn’t happen

Hotel is nice with great amenities but lacks storage for suitcases for family of four. Also only given 3 towels so had to ask for another set. Could smell pot outside of hotel doors when coming and going. Great live entertainment nightly at Coconut Charlies bar. Great access to beach and nice heated pool. Onsite restaurant had good food at reasonable price with great service.

Location. Pool well kept and great temperature. Cabanas great view of the gulf, only the afternoon sun forces you to flip the cover. The tiki restaurant was fantastic, great menu, great service, great evening music. The breakfast restaurant needs to train better some of their staff so they do not roll their eyes if you ask something different. Anyhow would return again.

I am giving a ONE STAR for my family's experience. I was going to be flying in very late at night. My son and his girlfriend was going to be staying with me and getting in earlier. I called the hotel that morning asking if my son could check in for me. They said no problem. All I need is his name. That night my flight was delayed and didn't land until 1:30am. My son contacted me that the front desk would not let him check in since he wasn't 25. His girlfriend and him were sleeping on the sofas in the lobby. They had just finished day three of a 14 hour a day drive. For some reason, sleeping in the lobby was ok, but checking in the room that I and they gave permission for wasn't ok. I immediately talked with the front desk and demanded that they let them into the room. They reluctantly allowed them since I was on my way. The age of check in is actually 21 so they lied right off the bat. My son is 20.5 years old. When I asked for permission for him to check in for me they never asked his age. Considering he is so close in age and I had made this arrangement they should have allowed it. When I asked the front desk clerk if he thought it strange that two people were sleeping in the lobby that late at night he said it's not uncommon. That alone should concern anyone staying at this hotel. He hadn't even asked them who they were. The next day I spoke with the manager. Her primary concern was who I talked to about my son checking in for me. she repeatedly asked

Perfect for what it is. The poolside restuarant was delicious and affordable. The cabanas on the beach were included and nice. The staff was the one exceptional spot, they were the friendliest hotel employees I've ever encountered.

We booked thia hotel as we alwaay stay at hilton brand/affiliated hotels. We have found them to be consistent across the country and this property was no exception. A clearly remodeled smaller 150ish room hotel. The hotel and grounds were beautifully kept and the staff was kind and attentive. Dining options on site as well as a multitude of dining and shopping choices withing minutes dirve and walk.

We were very impressed with the resort and employees. Everything was great, clean and nice. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The cabanas at the beach were very comfortable

The property was very clean. The rooms do not have carpeting which is a plus for me. The beach was steps away and you get two chairs and cabana included with your resort fee. Very quiet and family friendly. Hotel is very close to good restaurants and there is a Dunkin Donuts and 7’11 right across the street. My only complaint which I feel needs to be addressed by the hotel is the placement of the air vents. We had a two queen bed room and one of the beds is uncomfortably close to the air vents. No matter how low we turned down the fan it still hit the person sleeping on the bed dead on and made sleeping very uncomfortable. Although I loved the hotel, this will make me think twice about staying there in the future.

Upon arriving, there were hairs found in the shower. The refrigerator was not working, however, they did fix this. For any person sleeping near the air vent, be prepared to freeze all night.

The beach front with the cabanas and beach chairs in front of the beach bar area was very nice. Everything you needed right there and not too far of a walk from the property to the beach front. Rooms were updated and very comfortable.
