We will definitely be back. We vacationed in Saint Pete Beach multiple time, but this is by far our favorite place. Everything was perfect about this little motel 30 second away from the beach entrance.

The buildings are older but maintained & very clean; and try to stay with current trends. The staff was very accommodating. Location is very good as 1 block from huge public beach & ice cream shops all around!

We had a wonderful extended weekend vacation. Amanda was great with assisting us with any of our needs. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, bikes, and pool floats available for the guest to use on a first come first serve basis. We were within 300ft of the public entrance to the beach. Great local food and drinks less than 100ft (highly recommend going to Rick's Reef for their brunch). We will certainly be returning.

Well.... Do not stay here in January because there's no heat. And the beds are just sheets and a little blanket. No other blankets. And the old crank window in the bathroom wouldn't close, which is probably a problem in the summer as well. But really a problem when it's 50° because the shower is luke warm..... Every time, not just once. One of the beds had little black hairs all over it which had to be dog hairs and unless the maid was blind there is no way she missed it. We got them changed after the first night but there shouldn't be dog hair at all. Also the ev chargers on the property so not work so don't let your car go down too low and depend on these. Basically this place is a joke. I'm so sick of companies half assing and then taking top $ from people. I hope this review makes it online so people can have a fair assessment. Because I did not. And also the lamp next to the bed must be for looks. There is no switch. And nowhere to charge your phone at the nightstand. I feel like I stepped back into the 70s. Oh oh. And also no counter at all in the bathroom. My makeup bag just sat on the floor. It really is on desperate need to catch up to 2000s. My suggestion would be to go down to siesta key. I've never experienced anything like this there. And I keep getting these crap holes in Tampa beaches. It's like Tampa is nasty and has no idea how to clean their places. So gross

I loved the old esthetic with updated features, so cute. The location is fantastic…just steps to a beautiful beach and fantastic dining options. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I left some dresses in the closet of my room. When I called, Joe immediately went to the room and brought them to the office so I could pick them up. I look forward to returning to St Pete Beach Suites and staying again. 10/10!

The management team of Melissa, Laurie and John is amazing- super friendly, accommodating and professional - they are the epitome of customer service. The place was very clean, had everything I needed and very convenient to the beach and to the places I needed to go! This is my second visit & I will return again!

Very clean, close to beach location. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Had a blown fuse and they were there to fix it very quickly. Room was small but was fine for the two us. Nice kitchenette- very functional. We had a great stay. Would recommend and will return.

I absolutely LOVE staying here. This is my 2nd time staying here I loved it so much the 1st time. Not only are the rooms updated nicely, but they are so clean. Lori and John are the best hosts!! They can pretty much help you out with anything you need. John went above and beyond for us. Great guy!! I love how quiet it is there. Just a short walk either direction if you're looking for the night life, but nice that you can get away from it all as well. Truly a great area to stay. Plenty of places to eat and shop all within walking distance. Definitely check out Cocoaddiction on Corey Ave. We went every day for breakfast. By far the best croissants ever!! I'll definitely be planning to stay here next time I visit.

It’s a great property, clean, close to lots of restaurants and the beach and most of all the staff was very helpful and friendly all the time. Parking was great especially if you don’t like elevators and I would go back there for a nice day any time in Saint Pete’s

Trying to charge me hidden fees. For a property to advertise pet friendly and do the opposite is wrong. When you make reservations on Expedia and guarantee a price they must stick to that offer. SCAM watch out

I brought my 14-year-old son, and we stayed at this property. It was great because we had a pool and a couple of options of a putting green and corn hole outside of our door. That was great! Unfortunately, our sink didn’t work well, but I didn’t have time to ask them to fix it which I’m sure they would’ve. Other folks staying there presumably, messed up some stuff on the play areas and that sucked, but they can’t know immediately when that happens so I understand. The room was quite small, I thought it would be bigger from the pictures, but it was just fine. It would’ve been nice to have extra bedding for the little couch, but oh well.

This is a little gem in a great area...very close to the beach, walk to several restaurants, bikes/beach stuff available at no cost, well kept grounds/pool, updated rooms/suites and very friendly staff. We'll be going back!!

When I got to the Beach Suites I was very surprised & disappointed with the upkeep & cleanliness. I had to return home early do I did not stay at the Beach Suites. Even if I didn’t have to go home early because of an unexpected emergency, I would not have stayed in this hotel.

Emma was super kind and helpful at checkin. The hotel was nicer than I expected. Has a charming vintage Miami vibe ( I am a native Floridan from the Miami area). I will stay St Pete Suites again. Loved the decor at the pool area ! The bronze dolphin fountain is beautiful. Cheerful color. Most important - the bed was comfortable with nice clean new linens. Thank youSt Pete Beach Suites.

This motel needs a facelift. Cleanliness would improve the appearance. A fresh coat of paint in the rooms. Oven was dirty. I wouldn't want to cook in the room. Baseboards dirty. Pool had oil floating on top. Would not stay here again.

The property was nice I liked that it was a block to the beach and near some good restaurants very walkable. Since no daily housekeeping it would be beneficial to have a laundry basket for dirty towels and not that this can be charged but the bathroom is tiny. Overall it was a nice unit and the living space was spacious and comfortable.

The staff is friendly. Check in and check out quick and easy. The location is a 4 minute walk to the beach and beach chairs were available to borrow. We didn’t have any issues with parking. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a gas grill in the pool area which is nice. They have 2 pools so it never got too crowded and you could always get a chair. We had to ask for pool towels a couple of times so I suggest you grab them the day before if you want to head to the beach early. The office doesn’t open until 9am. We stayed 3 nights in a queen efficiency. We didn’t have any housekeeping services the entire stay but it was fine. Extra linens and towels were available if you need them and we did because sand just gets everywhere. Our room had a small fridge and microwave which was perfect for us. The shower pressure wasn’t great and the water didn’t get hot enough but not worth making a fuss about for such a short trip. The laundry room is isolated and the path is not well lit. If you need to do laundry, go before it gets dark and come prepared. They don’t have a change machine nor do they sell detergent. We wound up doing a 7 eleven run at 930pm to get both. The dryer was broken during our stay so I had to wash only essentials and hang the clothes on the railing outside our room overnight. Kind of annoying but overall this is a good place to stay if you aren’t looking for fancy but clean, quiet and convenient.

The pictures online are very deceiving to what the actual place looks like. Online it looks like it’s beautifully renovated, but it actually is not.
