I like staying here when i am in town. This time i was given a room at the end of the long hallway. It felt it was not as clean as it should of been. I will book there again. Probably ask for another area of the hotel.

Comfy. Friendly. Housekeeping mistakenly left cleaning supplies in my room and used towels in the hallway outside mine and others rooms. Not a real big deal but made the hallway look bad.

This is a very nice hotel. My stay was short so I didn't get a chance to experience the amenities within the hotel. (Bar area looked inviting). My room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but I did enjoy the walk in shower. The refrigerator did not work at all so the bottle of wine I tucked inside was warm. Thankful for the ice machine near by as well as the lovely stemless wine glasses in the room. Can't find many hotels that provide you actual glass glasses. The bathroom also had nice glass ones. The in room coffee was not drinkable after using the powdered creamer. It would not dissolve & looked like spoiled milk. I am finding this issue in most hotels these days. I would stay here again.

The room was extremely hot and the heater was very noisy. A loud, shrill noise made it impossible to sleep. Heater also very old and rusty. I asked twice to have it fixed and nothing happened. I ended up leaving around 0400 the second night I hadn’t slept for two nights. Guests had their animals playing in the corridor. Not everyone likes animals. Halls smelled like marijuana. And while the housekeeper was cleaning she was having a very personal conversation on her phone. But the front desk staff were very professional and friendly and the lobby is very welcoming.

The inside of the hotel is nice and has appeal. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms in my opinion. I notice small details when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom specifically could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor looked like it hasn't been mopped. The biggest annoyance was the parking lot. We had a snow storm the day before and it was very difficult finding a parking spot because most of them hadn't been plowed.

There was toothpaste still left on the bathroom sink. There was a plastic fork on the floor next to the bed. Overall i got a good night sleep for the few hours we stayed for my son's appointment at the Wisconsin children's Hospital.

We had an overall fantastic stay here. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a large mall across the parking lot which was extremely convenient for dinners out and movies. The only small issues we had was that the elevator closest to our room was broken and there was no change at the front desk or restaurants in order to use the laundry room. I had to drive to a nearby gas station to get quarters for the machines.

It is a nice hotel. Front desk very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The living room had a stain on the carpet when we got there, but it didn’t bother me. Maybe the hotel could check that for next guest.

Hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, prompt and courteous. Convenient location to many restaurants, shopping and easy access to highway. Convenient parking, easy to enter/exit hotel. Restaurant/bar onsite although we chose other offsite options. Room was comfortable, nice amenities, a little noise from surrounding rooms but not terrible. There was some construction in front of hotel but wasn't an issue. Would stay there again as it was comfortable, clean, accommodating to our needs, and good value for the nightly rate.

Unfortunately the temps did get too cool & the outdoor pool was closed for the season, but the indoor was going. It's no fault of the Sheraton but construction currently happening at the on/off ramps of the hwy. The front desk people were very polite & quick & efficient at getting us checked in. The shower heads could be changed to provide better water pressure option. Less than 10 min from the casino. Would 100% stay here than any place out by or near the airport.

This hotel is in desperate need of new beds, pillows, and overall upgrade. I have never slept on the most uncomfortable, saggy bed in my life. Enough, as I has now re-aggregated my sciatic nerve that was great after the injection and terrible now! There are much better places to stay in the area than this place!
