We were unable to take a shower, the shower NO running water

Elevator was broken. It smelled like Marijuana in the staircase. Check-in was slow.

Good food options very close by and convenient to freeways. The pool area was very crowded and it was clear to tell why they had guests wear wrist-bands since there was no security outside the entrance doors from the parking area. Room was nice and staff was very accommodating to me.

Room was was large with the extra living room. Only real concern was the extra lock latch was broken off. Location was great. Staff were great.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest, hallways and bedroom had a funky smell but wasn’t awful. The pool area was incredibly over packed with kids, which was disappointing since we didn’t even get to use the pool or hot tub which was a big reason for us staying.

The room was right by the elevators. You can hear people talking as if they are right in your room. Very noisy rooms. Phone to call front desk would not actually call front desk when the button is pressed.

Overall it was an ok hotel, our ceiling had some discoloration as if the room above us had something leaking at one time. But the main reason I picked this hotel was for the hot tub but the hot tub was in working order and there was no mention of that at the time I booked and when I asked how long it hasn't been working they confirmed that it was not working before I booked the room.

Hot tub was broken, rooms were boiling hot and wouldn’t cool down, no continental breakfast as it looked in the photos online, front desk staff was not very friendly and pool closed at 9pm on Saturday night. Management refused any reimbursement for all the inconveniences.

Pool area nothing was picked up things left everywhere when nobody was there. Hot tub didn’t work. Up by the ceiling look like the roof was leaking. Had no key to your door someone had to let us in to our room. Terrible

The bed was completely comfortable which is hard to find. The staff was shot handed when we arrived but I especially wanted to send a big shout out to Ray for making my daughter and my stay a very comfortable one. Ray went above and beyond for us and not knowing my daughter is Autistic he was very kind and outgoing. My daughter was very happy that she got to go on an adventure as she loves these getaways.
We will definitely be back soon.

Wifi and cable are currently down. No parking available as much of the parking lot hasn’t been plowed. Employees were unable to give me a room key so I have to have someone manually let me into my room. Hot tub is also out of order.

The front desk was super friendly and fast, some of the things that were not clear, the "bar" was IHOP, not bad, but very limited. the hot tub, which was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel, was not working. it was under maintenance or something. you can tell they are going through some changes, but it would have been nice to know all that.

Its was a good stay, but room wasnt all that great, drawers were sticky and gross, only had two wash cloths ans two dry towels for a four night stay, had to go down to lobby to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch because the phone wasnt working to call the front desk. My partner went down also to ask for more towels not sure if they didnt understand him but we never got our towels. Was looking forward to getting in the hot tub but it was not available 😕 but my son loved the pool. Another thing that bummed me out was the fact that curtains did not close all the way to block the light from coming in, we came to have a nice winter break and get to sleep in but thst didnt happen. Wasnt a bad experience. But definitely could have been better.

The Atrium vents were broken and there was mold on one vent. Elevator button on our floor was broken so you did know if Elevator was coming. Pool and Jacuzzi was not working reason I selected this hotel.

The Pool and jacuzzi was closed disappointing since that was one of the reasons I booked here. Registration desk told we should of checked website I told Travelocity should of been notified since that is where I booked and if I could of canceled I would of. I was celebrating my best friend’s birthday.
In the mezzanine area vents were broken and looked like mole. Elevator button on sixth floor was missing. Very Very disappointed.

Just awful from an hour to check in because front desk guy was asleep in another room to put smoke detector non stop going off for bad battery then to top it off condoms and make enhancement pills in the room they gave us. Would not recommend.

This hotel was horrible! The workers were rude. The first thing we were told was that the pool didn’t have warm water. Then the elevator was different to find. The room was nice and clean so that was a plus. Then when I went to take a shower the water wouldn’t get hot. Called downstairs and was told the boiler was out and would not have hot water for a week. It would have been nice to be told that upon paying for the room.

The room we reserved had black sludge in the living room sink. The bathroom was not cleaned, sink was caked with dried sludge, the toilet was unclean and there were dead bugs everywhere.
They moved us to another, smaller room. I killed 5 bugs in the two days we spent there. No regular coffee in the room. No hair dryer.

When we first arrived we pulled out the sofa bed. The end of the sofa bed was bent so badly, it was nearly on the ground. The mattress was horribly stained and gross. Then we found out that there were no linens for the sofa bed. The drawers had dead bugs in them. The sofa had garbage underneath it and the sheets on the king bed were horribly stained. I went down to the front desk to request another room. And when I questioned why I had to come back down for linens for the sofa bed and hadn’t been told they weren’t in the room, the desk clerk just shrugged. She gave me another room and I went up to check it before moving my family. This room was not as dirty, although there were still dead bugs in the drawers. and then I found an empty root beer bottle under the bed. I brought the bottle down to the desk and asked the clerk how we would be rectifying this situation. It was now 1045 at night and all we wanted to do was go to sleep. The clerk was unhelpful other than saying she would file a complaint. The next day, we found out that the sink in the bathroom was horribly clogged with hair the water would barely drain. I went to make coffee in the keurig (no complimentary coffee despite a coffee machine downstairs…) but the keurig was DISGUSTING and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. The phone was broken. The floors throughout the entire hotel were tracked with dirt. The guest laundry barely works…I had to dry my clothes four times.

The parking was great and lets say the staff was ok. I had an issue with giving me towels. I put my towels in hallway next to my door and never receive towels for next day. Called to front desk and they told me i have to come down and get them. I go down and get them and was only given 1 face towel and one big towel but its 2 of us in the room and the lady she was nice at the front desk and said she will take me around to laundry room because thats all she had at front desk. Get to laundry room i still dont get any face towel and only 1 big towel and they say they are washing the towels. Smh so i said ok thats fine now can someone bring the towels to my room then when they are done. This was at 10 am and now it is 2pm and noone came to my door except the lady telling us its after 12 pm we need to check out. Now if they communicate with them she would of known i rebook another day and i even told her we rebook another day we just need towels and she said ok she will get us some. That was at 12pm and now its 2 pm

I did not like the hotel, rooms were okay. I smelled a lot of weed when I stayed there. They don't offer a continental breakfast and the IHOP is not a great place to eat. Pool was nice that was about it.

Didn't like the shower as isn't wasnt adjustable shower head and couldn't turn on with out being in it. Pool should be 24/7 as it is swim at own risk.
