I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend, who are both 19. They were attending a music event in Milwaukee and drove two hours to get there. When they went to check in, the person at the desk said she had to be 21 to check in. She called me to inform me of this, which blew my mind because she’s an adult. I was two hours away and couldn’t get there. Thankfully, my cousin lived close enough and that she was home so she could go check her in. After doing some research, it doesn’t state anywhere that the customer has to be at least 21 to check in. Unacceptable. But, on a positive note, they loved the hotel, it was comfy, the breakfast was great,

It was a great stay and will return. I appreciate the kind staff, the welcoming, modern, inviting entry and common areas, decor, modern rooms, and the options at breakfast. I wasnt impressed with the difficulty to find any open parking, the sticky flooring and dust buildup in the room making it feel very unclean, and the astronomical prices of the convenience items (obviously not a deal breaker). The rate was fair and the teenagers were impressed, so it was a win.
