I was disappointed in this stay at the Hampton Inn. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's and found them really nice, quiet, and good quality. Not with this one. The room walls seemed really thin as we could hear whole conversations next door. We could hear everything in the hallway as there was not even a seal around the door. No hooks to hang up anything in the bathroom. Bathtub in poor condition. We could see light through it. Loud traveling family teams in hotel so it was very noisy. No sleep. Hotel check in was fine. No employee around to check out. Breakfast was just okay. Only one coffee pot was made and it was really strong. There seemed to be things missing on the breakfast buffet as there were holes. I always enjoyed a very nice breakfast at other Hamptons. This one was just fare.

We did a staycation for the 3rd year in a row at this hotel. Our room was nice and quiet. It wasn't busy, so breakfast was relaxing. The first day they had fresh berries and melon, so it was kinda cool to have that as an option. We'll no doubt be back next year.

Very friendly staff on all shifts. I had a multi night stay.. pet friendly, pool was nice however one of the steps on the ladder were broken off due to rust. Nice clean rooms and breakfast was decent. Conveniently located right off the interstate with lots of dining options in the area.

The property was in fairly good condition, clean, and in a convenient location. However, the front desk person upon my arrival was not that friendly and quickly pointed out that I had arrived 30 minutes before check in time. After traveling all day and dealing with several connecting flight delays, the last thing I expected from a Hilton location was for an employee to give me a hard time over arriving 30 minutes early; specially when my room was ready. I was tired and would had gladly paid for arriving early.

Room was clean but pillows stunk of sweat. I am not confident the bedding was properly cleaned. Definitely not the pillow. They were dirty and smelled.

I can appreciate that they've tried to update some things. But I can't ignore other things. For instance, there was space between our door and the frame. The lining of the bathtub has peeled off in places. The beds were comfortable though, we slept well. The hot breakfast needed work. The potatoes were half cooked, the sausage was rubbery. I did like the waffles. Staff were very friendly. No concerns there.

The hotel facilities are fine, the included breakfast was good, parking is easy, and the staff all were nice. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and there was only room for one small chair, so we had to sit or lie on the beds when were in the room. TV guide showed almost 200 stations, but we couldn't get most of them because they weren't paying Spectrum enough to see the whole lineup. A/C was almost too good, it blew out very cold air across the beds. It is a very convenient location.

The bed was a bit lumpy and our air conditioner was loud and in need of repair. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable and our room was very clean. We didn’t use the pool or gyn but both appeared to be very nice. The Corners across the street has great shopping and restaurants.

The room was nice. Breakfast was terrible. The sausage was maple flavored kielbasa not something i would want for breakfast and at 9am coffee was gone and they didn't bother to fill it bsck up.

Unfortunately we tried checking in after a late Brewer's game and the room we were assigned still had someone else's stuff in it so we spent over an hour trying to find a hotel nearby to stay. I do not fault the front desk person as he tried to make the situation right however somewhere along the way housekeeping or somebody dropped the ball as check-out time is 11 AM and we did not arrive to check in until after 10 PM. The hotel was full and we ultimately had to go to a different hotel. We were with 2 other families and had to then split off which was extremely inconvenient, especially when traveling with young children.

I booked a king study and Expedia screwed up and only had kings. We needed the pull out couches for people. They didn’t have cots anymore. Our bed was dirty. People drove 4 hours home at 10 pm because of the screw up

It was top notch in every way. Check in was done quickly and efficiently by a very pleasant woman. The property is clearly well cared for. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the eating area was kept very clean. The hallways as well as the room were very clean.

Not a great experience between having to pludge our tokiet every time we used it even after the maintenance man used the snake on it for 20 minutes. Our dead bolt woukdnt work so we could lock the door properly which scared me since we were by a exit door where many people used. Made for 2 sleepless nights for me. Also the remote to the TV was not working it took the lady downstairs that was at the front desk 3 remotes before it worked Not the best experience for my family.

This was a disappointing experience. Ice machines were broken. No coffee was available Monday and Tuesday morning downstairs. It was fixed the next morning. Staff wouldn’t try to help us getting us a No rolling chairs.

The property was clean and quiet and the room was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location and the complimentary breakfast was very convenient. The only critical feedback I have is about the bathroom in our room. The bathtub was terribly clogged with all kinds of hair and had a very slow drain. I called for staff to come and fix it which they did but it didn’t resolve the slow drain issue. My friend and I had to shower in each other’s shower water that pooled in the tub—not fun. Then, the toilet clogged and overflowed all over the floor. The property’s solution was to being a plunger to the room for us to use on the toilet. Lastly, I called for toilet paper and didn’t get it until the next day. In the hotel’s defense, they were short staffed which I understand but I didn’t travel to Milwaukee to be a plumber. My son’s room’s bathroom was just fine so maybe our bathroom was just a fluke. Overall, would stay again but considering how much the room was to book, the bathroom situation was not great.

Hampton Inn's have a good reputation for quality rooms and service this one followed through, I didn't like the price everyone blames covid for the price

I like this property. Its close enough to downtown to take back roads without getting on Interstate. Interstate is close in case you want to get there fast. Everything is local to hotel. Pool is refreshing. Good breakfast. I really like this property

The staff was friendly and available. Overall the room was clean and well kept. We did have an issue with the toilet plugging up and it them a full day to drop off a plunger to let me unclog the thing.

Staff was friendly but shorthanded so we waited an hour and a half or more to check in. Lock broke on room door so was not able to get in to get belongings but they had in taken care pretty quickly.

Our location was perfect and our room was comfortable...the only complaint was that our room was across from the house keeping quarters and the door banging from them entering/exiting was quite loud and actually rattled our door....someone should install some kind of alternative closer and help make that much less noisy
