It is quite an adventure just to find reception desk. And had to get help to open room door , but it's nice, quiet. And ladies were friendly.

There was no parking due to a banquet event and reception didn't even offer the courtesy of letting us know where we could park. This was despite the fact that I specifically asked about parking. Had to call to figure it out and they acted annoyed by my concern. Place is outdated and runned down.

It was very pleasant and comfort time to stay. The support was also nice. I could not evaluate the breakfast since I didn't havr it this time. Wifi can be used in room but the signal was not good inside the inner room.

Nice surprise the hotel is in the corner of Sheppard hard to spot. Plenty of parking seems to be newly refurbished with good taste. The reception is at the 2nd level take the elevator. The lady at the reception very friendly. Rooms nice clean modern.

The room was NOT clean, there was nowhere to eat dinner and not even a vending machine. The guy that works there will hustle you a bag of no name chips for $5 cash though. Staff were nice. Breakfast was bad compared to other places; you can tell they are extremely budget conscious. Eg: a household tub of no name cream cheese instead of individual packets like every where else. Nowhere did it say things were sanitized by cleaning crew like every other hotel. I'd never recommend that place, nor stay there again

Price is very expensive for the room. There is no fridge. Buffet breakfast is the worst, the muffin they serve are those sales from the store obviously they’re an orange price tag, discounted price coz they like a day expiration date. Our room floor is full of stain and very dirty. Our linen sheets has stains too.. Horrible communication in front desk. Never ever go back there again. Stay away!!!

We loved the room . Very spacious and clean . We stayed in Toronto for a trip to Canadas Wonderland and we loved how close the hotel was to the park

The appliances in the room are old and don’t work properly. Most of the equipment in the gym was out of order. The gym itself is tiny — more a personal gym than a public gym.

Staff didn't know anything about anything. The night guy was asleep when we checked out at 06:30. No fridge in room, TV was a small 24' screen. Carpet was worn. Breakfast not available before 7am and no provision for a take out bag.

Entrance not clearly marked for hotel stays. The room was clean and a great size. Free parking was a nice touch and continental breakfast wasn’t amazing but it was fresh and gave us something in our bellies to start the day. Staff were all amazing!

The room had a funny and weird smell and you can not open the window. The breakfast was very limited. The price they charge for night is too expensive for the state of the room. The night staffs at the reception was very welcoming and changed my room because the smell, coffee machine not working and tv remote control

Oh boy, where do I start. First of all, we booked a room with 2 queen beds on Expedia and got a room with one double bed. The shower didn't even work. And the people working the front desk are literally two teenagers. The room was barely passable for cleanliness and function. Mattress is super uncomfortable. Absolutely nothing around the area. Soundproofing is awful. Curtains aren't even blackout. Would have rather stayed in a motel.
