After reading so many negative reviews, I went in really anxious. I was worried about the condition of the room I would get or how the staff would be, but after my stay I can’t say anything but nice things about this hotel. I was expecting a simple, outdated room with a bed and tv, but ended up with a beautiful suite. The only problems I had were that the wifi was just not working, I had trouble finding the elevator when I first arrived, and my ac was turning on and off every 2 minutes so I had to unplug it. I asked the guy at the desk if he would mind having someone look at it while I was at the BTS concert and when I came back, it was working as it should! There was also no mini fridge or microwave in the room which I think is really unfortunate, but I personally didn’t need them so I didn’t mind. Other than that, my room was clean and comfortable, not at all outdated, close to Rogers Stadium, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
For those going to stay for the first time, check in is on the second floor. Go into the entrance and turn right, you’ll find the elevators there. You’re welcome! :)
