Checking in and out was quick and simple and having a breakfast buffet within the building and being walking distance away from a handful of stores and restaurants was really convenient as well

Mubarak was great… the staff and the room was wonderful. Ate dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and the food was top notch. Only thing I didn’t like was the extremely long walk from the elevator to my room. With a bummed knee, makes doing the stairs impossible but the walk was like forever. Other than that I have no complaints. I would stay again

this was a great room, clean renovated, comfortable - i was really happy as i was staying 5 nights and it was exactly what was promised ( a conitnental breakfast would be nice but since i had a car this was not an issue - Starbucks was just a km or 2 down the road :)

We never had hot water in the shower to the point it was a nice, soothing, hot shower. The first day it was lukewarm and the second much not that much different.

The first room that I was offered smelled horribly of smoke while they did put me in another room immediately that room had a broken window and some of the amenities were completely depleted. I’ve stayed at this exact hotel countless times over the last two years and this is the first time I have ever experienced any issues at all. Hoping that they sort everything out and they get back to the excellent service that I have known to come to expect.

This hotel does it accept visa-debit or MC-debit to leave a deposit for incidentals but you are not made aware of this until you have completed your reservation. I made a last minute reservation due to a snow storm and when i called to try to make other arrangements with them they were not willing to assist. I was essentially told I would not be able to check in despite having already paid for the room. When inarriced at the hotel they did allow me to leave a cash deposit but at double the amount inwas told would be held on a credit card. This is all despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member and not having this issue at any other Marriott property. When i checked in I requested a late check-out. Inwas told i would need to call fromt desk in the morning to request. This defeats the purpose of a late check-out to sleep in if you have tonwake up to call back to make the request. I asked if a note could be left for thebl morning desk staff. I was told 8t would be however when i called just to be sure, they had not been informed. A late check-out was approvwd and despite this, housekeeping was at the door 30 minutes before even the regular check-out time! The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable but the cuatomer service leaves much to be desired.

We really enjoyed our first visit a few weeks earlier. This visit we all felt it was "meh". Our room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned. There was a rattling sounds from our bathroom ceiling that couldn't be resolved. A weird smell when we arrived. That we think was a stinkbug the kids caught on night 1 as the smell subsided afterwards. Overall, a decent hotel but we'll be trying another for our next visit to London.

We enjoyed how close to restaurants. Did not enjoy the lack of privacy. Blinds in room did not work. Improperly installed behind curtain hooks not allowing blinds to move shut. when I complained the next morning the moved furniture out of the way to show us behind the fixed curtain was a string for a blind

We stayed in a suite which was nicely decorated and offered the perfect amount of space for the two teens I travelled with. Conveniently located near highway, shopping, activities. This will be our “go to” when visiting London

Clean and welcoming upon arrival. The rooms are perfect! The bedroom can be closed off from the sitting area. There is a separate sink/makeup area outside of the bathroom to allow multiple people to get ready at the same time. I definitely recommend staying here.

This is a very good place to stay. My only complaint is that room 112 is not a room to be in if you are going to sleep with the window open. Outside is where people will smoke and talk at all hours. Pick a room on the higher floors. The staff are excellent and the beds are good. They use a fragrance when washing the sheets and while not overbearing it is still an issue for some. The pool and exercise room are very nice and clean. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast food $17.50 per person and all you can eat.

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. The room was clean and well-maintained for the price that I paid. The staff were very kind and welcoming. However, the main lobby and the corridors of the room I was in did not match. The hallways were old, narrow, and a bit of a walk to the front desk. Other than that I had a great stay and plan to come back when back in London, ON.

This was my first time at the Four Points Sheraton. The checkin was smooth, quick and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Inwould recommend staying here again. Great job, great stay.

Overall, it was a quick and great stay. The room was equipped with everything I required for my short stay and had no difficulties with anything in the room. Everything seemed clean and tidy upon arrival. Customer service was good too. This is my second stay at this location. I find the price is a bit expensive, but other options in the area are around the same price or more expensive.

The room booked was not available, so we were short sleeping room. Sofa bed not fit for sleeping. Bathroom smelled like old urine. Overall ok but those things were kind of vital.

We were not accommodated for a check-in just 30min earlier as we had to attend a wedding around the check-in time. 3PM check-in is quite late. Room was good, though towels were old/ripped, and no conditioner left in the shower.

The parking was full and I believe lots of people were staying in the hotel. The hotel is spacious and very clean. They have a bar and restaurant as well. As a business person, i travel a lot and food in the area is really convenient and great! The room is quiet and clean. I also tried the breakfast in the hotel. It has a very fast service! Definitely, will come back on my next business travel.

My reservation was for a king bed. Hotel says hotel.com over booked so Hotel didn't actually have a king bed available. So i had a double queen instead.

Easy check-in and out, clean room, sketchy sign inside the door warning you to use both locks while inside, terrible pillows, the only USB port in the room was broken and I called the front desk- no answer, then called maintenance and got a voicemail, so couldn't charge my phone.
