A beeping sound was coming from a locked closet, I believe it houses the air conditioning system. We noticed the noise as soon as we arrived and informed the staff, who promised to send someone to fix it. We went out for an event and returned around midnight; the beeping was still going on, and we had to sleep with that noise.
We checked out on Sunday morning, but the next day Monday once I was back home, I realized I had left two shirts in the room. I called immediately to see if they had been found; the employee on the phone said he would check with housekeeping and get back to me, but he never did. I called again on Tuesday; I was once again assured that they would check and call me back, but again, I heard nothing. I called a third time on Wednesday, and that was when I was informed that nothing had been found in the room. There’s a good chance I left those shirts in the room; perhaps if they had checked on Monday, when I called, they would have found them.

front desk staff was very polite.

provide a paper receipt when requested.
if free breakfast was offered, it should be hot . the oatmeal was watery
the pool is too small for several groups of people
washer and dryers have been broke for several weeks per a long term customer
room was too far from the elevator
front desk clerk referred us to Chinese buffet for dinner; didnt know it was $39 a person

Staff nice enough. Good location. Quiet.
Room could use better cleaning standards. Dust bunnies on floor with hair, black dirt in shower left from cleaning, flies in lobby, breakfast was ok, but kind of disturbing to see hard boiled eggs in water looking old, jam container filthy, granola station looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, and etc.
