I arrived after many hours of driving that originated in Northern Ontario. The drive is approximately 7 hrs.
I tried two hotels prior to Courtyard Marriot. The initial one had a non-functioning swimming pool, something that I had clarification was functional when I booked the room. The second hotel was in the north end of the city.
I was happy to get accommodations at Courtyard Marriot.
The Reservation desk lady was patient, kind, supportive and did everything she could to help me get the best experience possible.
I went to my room, attended to preparing my work clothes for the next two days. When I ran the water for a hot bath, there was no hot water. With 2 inches of cold water in the tub, I called the front desk. The young woman found another room for me. She assisted me in making the change.
Bearing in mind, I was exhausted from my long drive, that I am 76 yrs old, this young woman's assistance was paramount to my well-being.
The rest of my stay went well.
If i return to London Ontario, I will return to Courtyard Marriot for my accommodations.
The kindness, courtesy, patience, support and assistance of the young woman at your Reception Desk.
