Hot tub was filthy! AC unit unable to maintain comfortable temperature in room. Too hot too come and repeat. Has to be adjusted constantly. Forced to sign a $300 waiver to ensure no smoking in room. Absolutely disgusting.

I will return to the London Travel Inn because it was good value for the cost as well as convenient.

The location was perfect for us as it is easily accessible right off of the highway as we entered London. We also planned to visit two to three locations that were scattered around different parts of town, so the location put us in the right starting point. This was our second time using this facility and returned because of the convenience and the warm reception given by both the owner and the staff.

Only issue was with the WiFi. Could not connect to it or the TV. However, the night receptionist came to our room and reset the router so we did relax with TV and offered to switch us to another room, but we declined as it was not an emergency.

I would not recommend it to anyone

Area was okay

a/c kept turning off making the room super hot, housekeeping did not change our sheets they just made the bed, they have alot of cameras but you can walk right into the building from any side without a card. Wifi was extremely slow!! Had to put my Netflix account on the tv and Bed sheets were dirty and so was one of the pillows. I would never book here again!

Ac unit gave out mediocre cool air , rooms didn't have extra pillows in drawers like most other hotels

Very good

Location is great. And they are dog friendly.

The outside of the property not so dog friendly. Lots of garbage and dog poop. There are garbage cans it lazy people!! They just need a grounds keeper.

Clean, decent room for the price. TV services were as expected. Short commute to downtown London.

The only downfall was that no breakfast was offered. But it had been cancelled due to the previous 2 Covid years. Understandable. There is a Tim Hortons across the road so we were not overly inconvenienced. The room was good for its value. Close to our destination and clean. No complaints for the price we paid.

Breakfast could have been offered. Small (but clean) bathroom. No other complaints.

Unfriendly staff and charge extra for pets

We had to reserve a room in a hotel unexpectedly that was pet friendly that was close to the hospital. The staff member that checked us in was very rude and irritable. When we arrived to check in we were told you had to pay extra for a pet which was not indicated on the site. We agreed to pay extra then we’re getting Ben a room that was unclean, malodorous with a filthy carpet and floors. When we inquired if another room was available we were informed that there were very limited amount of pet friendly rooms in the hotel and checked another one out which was even worse. It was snowing heavily and we only had a few hours to sleep before we had to be at the hospital again so decided just to stay. Not only do you have to pay more if you have a pet, you get the dirtiest, stinkiest room! Not pet or people friendly at all.

The giy who kicked me out because of years ago because having visitors is against their policy . Brother bringing me and my wife an air fryer was the last straw .

Great room!

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and entertaining for the kids. Room was clean, no bugs, and no odour like some reviews stated. There are vending machines available as well as an ATM on site. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker in room and worked fine. Ice bucket in room as well. No complaints ither then the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the wifi was terrible.

The beds aren't very comfortable, but they aren't awful. The free wifi was terrible.

Terrible.

Well, we had thought there would be breakfast based on advertising. But there was no breakfast, not even a continental breakfast.

Room set up was weird. Sink beside door. No freezer in fridge. THey didn't replace cups for our second day of stay so we had to retrieve from garbage and wash them well to make coffee. NOTE: garbage wasn't emptied after 1st day, it was left ?? Tub had a weird wooden-like board screwed into the side of the tub/shower wall that folded down. Must have been a bench for handicapped folks to sit on. Was dangerous we thought as it could come down on someone while in the tub or showering. Floor was 2 parts and 1, perhaps a new laminate, was definitely floating on the old floor because it moved up and down when you walked on it. FINALLY - the noise. Room next door played loud East Indian music. Twice we had to have the motel staff talk to the noise-makers. There was definitely a party going on. Then at 3:15 am they turned on the tub or something and all we could hear was water running on and on and on. We had ear plugs and they didn't help. Would we stay there again? NO NO NO!

What a disaster.

The place smelled like poop when we entered the lobby. The receptionist was not there for 1/2 hour. I was writing a note as we were about to leave, he showed up. I told him I would not be staying. The place was disgusting and there was no one to receive us at reception for so long. I wanted a refund as I had prepaid. He wasn’t going to give us a refund, then a manager showed up and would allow the refund. We drove all the way home instead of staying, even though it was now 12:30 a.m. (after a wedding).

No smell of poop. Someone at the reception desk. Also, while looking around for the receptionist, I walked around. There were people fighting and I would hear it in the halls. I don’t think my family would have had much sleep if we had stayed.

Tripped on the floor in room 208 going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, thr floor was tiled at the door and the floor had a seperation about a quarter of an inch high. Accidents happen I mentioned it and the management said they would fix it up and I was satified with that

Rude and gross

Was able to sign out quickly in the morning. Room appeared tidy dispite bug problem

In an effort to build report customer service attendant attempted to joke around with me but inadvertently was insulting to me. The room I received was close to lobby and vending machines which remained loud throughout the night. While using the washroom before leaving in the morning I discovered several cockroaches.
