Absolutely disgusting and should not be rented

Extremely disgusting. The photos did not match what the rooms were. I found leftover drugs on our nightstand. Our doors would not lock. The beds would sag and stank. There was prostitutes and drug dealers litered throughout the parking lot and all hours of the day and night. This place should be condemned

I paid for My 1 night stay, but could not stay in a room like that, no one should.

nothing, did not stay.

room was deceiving from picture, chairs in room was not fit to sit on full of stains, towels was not up to standard, parking lot and front of entrance to the room was not ploughed, full of snow at 4.15 pm in the evening.

I paid 90 dollars per day so I expected to at least have good internet

The only thing I like was the bed

the internet was trash couldn’t use at all and I connected to all the internet around the place none of them worked

Never would like to get such experience again

I would not recommend to anybody to stay there !

I came to Canada from Ukraine, fleeing from the war. booked a room in American Plaza motel to work remotely. American Plaza motel is a horrible place to stay. The day I moved in it was freezing in the room. Then apparently I realized there is no window at all, it is broken and a cardboard instead of the window which makes it colder. I went to front desk to ask to turn on the heat, but the lady wasn’t helpful at all, she said she will call someone and fix it, which they did hours later. Also she was not polite at all. The only person who cared about me as a guest was cleaning lady, she said she will bring her heater from her room, which she did. In addition, the wifi didn’t work which was shocking because I booked a hotel to work remotely from there. I asked to switch the room but they said it’s fully booked which I doubt. Also there are cockroaches in the room which is disgusting. The price I paid is outrages. When I booked motel I knew it’s not a five star hotel, but the conditions in this room is just a hell. I would like to get a refund or any compensation for these inconvenience if possible. Let me know. Thank you

Paid $1600 for 9 days... For drug addicts to be running rampid stating they paid less for the month... When we asked the staff he said it was cheaper rooms... Umm the week prior we rented that exact room for the weekend and paid full prices... I only know this as a homeless couple I know and have helped in past are currently renting such room... Also the cops where their all weekend cause someone died in a room... Pretty sure it was a O.D. Or worse... Also pretty sure the staff are the ones providing the "tenets" with their drugs... They are scammers... No soap, 1 towel, dirty bed sheets, freezing room, dirty walls, noisy, fighting and police present almost everyday.. I mean no power to anything even fridge we had to plug everything in... So cold... Didn't salt walk ways and parking lot, probably so the staff could continue doing donuts in the parking lot... The lock on door was garbage, our key got stuck and my partner had to miss a 10h day of pay cause "no-one" was around to fix the lock, as the "maintenance-person" walked across the parking lot .... wouldn't work with us in any way for compensation as there lack of care for the property left my partner no choice but to stay in a room she could not lock due to our two dogs inside and miss a 10h shift, not leaving door unlocked with dogs inside till I returned from work. .. . . Checked out and still no one had come to fix lock. No basic necessities.. that any random Hotel would have... $100 deposit for keys that didn't work .. the bed was by far the worst... I'm sure that bed was either 30 years old and def was evident that 30 years of people had caved in that bed... Say many health code violations happening there ..

Never again.

Nothing we liked about this motel at all.

It was dirty, smelt of cigarettes, toilet clogged after one flush (number 1). Way overpriced for the quality. I wouldn’t pay to stay here, if anything they should of paid us. It was 150 for a motel, that was barely a 1/10.

Never will be back!

The staff was probably the nicest thing in that place.

We didn’t like the location, or the room. Towels were dirty, pillows were absolutely disgusting, window was bordered up, blinds in bathroom were broken, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, towels had black marks all over them. We didn’t feel safe in the room and we left at mid night and called to explain why we were leaving and didn’t even offer our money back or even half of it as we didn’t even spend the night.

No towel provided. Door lock is almost broken, and the room smells bad. It is extremely noisy in the room, you can easily hear people's voice outside or live next to you. My sleep got disturbed at 2am because some people were laughing and talking really loud, and got disturbed again at 6am because a random person was knocking my door. Avoid this place, avoid this place, avoid this place.

Very unsanitary. Mattresses are filty, very old, lots of stains, big holes on the mattress, burn from a cigarette. Very old furnitures. Old bathroom towels. Not properly clean. Very poor customer service. One employee was very rude, she threw to us the toilet paper instead of giving it to us. Washroom has no toilet paper. Not suitable to run as a motel at all. They don't have a concept how a motel would look like and how customer service should be.

Well when I checked in I mentioned that there was some bad reviews however when I got to the room I was pleasantly surprised it was very clean updated brand new sinks brand new tub it looked like brand new windows and doors he had just painted the whole place he was very very sweet and helpful I didn't have any problems whatsoever with that room it wasn't the Hilton however it was comfortable so thank you for my stay and I will be back

Well I think the owner needs to work a little bit harder at getting up to date furniture would make it beautiful and maybe hide the wiring in behind the Walls would be a start

Almost everything, I was afraid to touch anything. Upholstery, surfaces of furniture, blanket ( with a collection of dust), hanging electric cords, sticky switches, walls, doors, bathtub and bathtub curtain (it looked like an old rug) did not invite. Reception area awful.

There was a sketchy guy and woman in the office when i was chexking in that the owner had to force out. Internet did not work and we had no running water for a couple hours.

Absolutely disgusting! Upon arrival we checked the beds, there was bed bug covers and plastic surrounding the matress. However we woke up to bed bugs crawling on our pillows! When going to get a refund, the guy working the desk started going off on us and screaming in our faces, saying that we were the ones who brought them. I have never been so disgusted with customer service or the careless attitude of the motel. Never ever stay here, its not worth the money!!!!!!
