Reasonable value for the money, but the very strong disinfectant smell is a real turnoff.

Room is adequate and good value

There is a wall of disinfectant perfume that hits you the moment you open the door to your room, and you cannot get rid of that odour. It is far too strong and unnecessary. Even after checking out, my clothing still smelled of that disinfectant odour for several hours.

perfect for a sleep over 👍🏼

Had everything I needed for overnight sleep 😎 Very tired location but I didn’t need fancy for a good nights sleep. I got what I paid for!

FYI…..the sink in bathroom drained VERY slow.

It was okay but if there's a next time probably worth a little extra to actually stay at a Hotel.

Convenient location, Decent price.

Hot tub not working when you pay extra to have that in the room it should actually be working.

It was not the best experience

the location

the most odd part is the deposit the receptionist refused to take cash as it usual in any place, and she asked for $200 while everyone takes $100 and she insisted to take it from the visa, she transferred all the information of my visa card in a paper. at the checkout she said after 11:00am you will get the refund, now it is three days and I got nothing. I called today a gentleman answered the phone and said you may wait for 3 weeks for the refund and he said we accept a cash deposit. because there were no cancellation I give her my card information other way I wouldn’t please contact the motel to proceed my refund

Pay more and stay somewhere else!

Check-in was fine, and that is the only good thing I can say to be honest

The inn is very outdated and could use a whole new painting, and upgrade the lamps in the room were in very fragile condition, and the room itself was very noisy. At 7 in the morning, kids were outside screaming. The property had not been completely cleared of snow ad due to melting and freezing in the parking lot going to my car outside my door I slipped and fell on the ground. I could not get up and a lady assisted me to my feet. I was stuck in a huge ice spot and when the representative of the hotel came out his first remark was I should have walked a different way the lady who assisted me said she had to walk that way it was to her door and her car. I advised the man that some salt should be placed there as I had to go that way back to my vehicle and park there in the evening. When I returned to my parking spot nothing had been done and the ice rink was still in front of the door to my room. No cleaning was done while I stayed there, no room was checked and I had to make my own bed every day, using the same towel and face cloth my complete stay.

Clean room, parking good, good value for money.

At check in the. An at the front desk asked me repeatedly if I had a dog with me. I didn't but couldn't seem to get him to believe me. He asked a total of 6 times. Not the worst thing but just really weird.

Great value!

- Helpful Staff. -Great beds. -Bedroom area set up so lots of room for my wheelchair and Mom's walker.

-I wish the Office could be moved to become available to people who can't use the stairs! Or an alternative office for people who can't climb the stairs! The Staff was great to come out to our car and help me sign in and pay!

Good value for us!

-It was clean. -The furniture was nicely arranged giving lots of room for Mom's walker and my wheelchair and walker. -The beds were great! -The Staff is very helpful. One helped us get in our room ( trouble with our 'key') and another helped us get signed in when we arrived since I couldn't get into the office because of the stairs and my broken leg!

-The fridge wouldn't get cold. -I use a walker and it wouldn't fit thru the doorway of the bathroom. There was a lot of wiggling and twisting to get to the toilet. -The office entrance of the Motel has stairs and there is no way for someone disabled to get into it. Once the Staff knows you are there, they are very helpful and come out to the car to help you get signed in and pay.

This location doesn’t serve breakfast anymore. I like paying by week

He changed the price from 450 ogiinally then changed it to 475 and 10 a day for my dog.

Honest Review

We liked the room and the privacy that we had with no windows. The jacuzzi was nice but not as deep as I thought it would be.

It was a little dark with no windows and did not realize when I booked the room that there was no windows. The jacuzzi would have been nicer with a flat bottom rather than the seats. But it was nice to soak in for a bit. The heat unfortunately was loud and woke me up every time it turned on and we could hear the one room next to us when they got up at 5am with their dog. It wasn't a very good sleep unfortunately

Comfy

Shower was nice, bed was comfy as well as nice soft pillows (just wish we had a few extra as requested).

We had to leave the key in the room this morning because someone wasn’t there to open the door. There could be a key drop outside the main doors for customers that leave early.
