Dirty. Walls in bathroom were dirty. Found a makeup brush on floor behind chair. Found sock under bed. Things left on back of toilet from a service person.

Convenient hotel off the main highway to between Vancouver and Whistler. Check in and check out was very easy. Staff are very friendly and personable.

General facility is ok. Fitnes center, sauna, hot tub are pretty good. Hallway are freezing cold. Room are clean and very run-down. Mattress are way too soft. Walls are generally hollow you can hear everything.

The hotel was a bit tired-looking, and my toilet had unflushed urine and toilet paper left in it, but the bed was comfortable. For the price, it was fine.

This place is a dive. Went into the first room and even with all the lights on you couldn't read anything. Then we could hear the full conversation in the room next to us. We asked to switch rooms and they tried to put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned. We ended up getting our money back and leaving. Really don't know how this has such a good rating.

Our group didn't end up staying. The staff and owner are upholding policies that create systemic barriers for Indigenous peoples and others. Instead, we stay at the Sandman in Squamish, they only required a $100 cash deposit and cost a few more dollars but were overall very clean, very friendly, and very easy to work with. This Sea to Sky however was not easy to speak with, the policies didn't make any sense, and they were not a place I would recommend especially for Indigenous peoples without credit cards. Sandman had our order ready in under 5 minutes and cards provided for rooms. I would have booked sandman on hotels.com but Sandman even accommodated the Hotels.com price. All around, Sandmand is recommended for those who don't want the added stress.

Booked a 2 queen bed room but upgraded to a suite. The room was not clean. The carpet was dirty and we found pills on the floor beside the bed. The garbage bin in the room was not emptied and full. There is a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which was very loud until late at night. They had live music and it was so loud that we could tell which songs were being played. Not cheap enough to justify the cleanliness and noise levels.

Housekeeping was good (cleaning), but property maintenance was lacking at this price point. 314 room door was aggravating to operate. We don’t believe this hotel is a good value.

We stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding and the hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room was really spacious and accommodated our family of four very well. Great dining options all around as well.

Very good location-Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking outside in front of the hotel. Helpful front desk clerks. Room is in good condition overall with the usual amenities. Minor issues: some of the bedside wall lamps were either weak or not working; need to turn on the cable box before TV can show anything; soft pillows; some rooms are a bit smelly.

Would stay again; location is close to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Feel safe as the main entrance is locked at night unless you have key card. Gym was nice but you have to talk to reception for a separate key card as your room key does not work. Wish we don’t need a gym card though. The morning shift staff was super helpful. Thank you!

Never before had I been asked for a deposit in case of damages. System flawed as no proof of refund. Reception staff rude when I asked for original credit card voucher. I rate this hotel 2/10, cannot believe that some rated it 10/10. It needs a total refurbishment as it is shabby, there was damage in the bathroom ceiling, the furniture was dated, the room was dark, constant noise from the air conditioning on the adjacent roof.

Great stay! Got upgraded to family suite which is huge, with a king and two queens! Stay was great and food was good in restaurant. You can’t get up elevator or stairs to rooms with out key card so very safe.

The first room had wasps; we had to change rooms. The second room's AC was working constantly. The electric bracket jumped every few hours for no reason. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working. The hair dryer and iron were broken.

The hotel was clean and serviceable and very close to many venues. We had a hard time with Expedia who booked it. When we tried to remedy that, we could not access a person on the phone, left a message but got no reply. The girl at the desk was less than helpful and only wanted to talk to her boyfriend. The hotel was quiet and nice. They need to work on the booking.

The one positive was the gentleman at the front desk, Jason. Pictures on your site were deceiving. The property is run down and dirty. Towels are like sandpaper. Not enough lighting, shabby carpets. Hair dryer didn't work. Fire alarm during the night-lack of communication by staff. Again, Jason was great.
