The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was dated but clean, the a/c was not working real well.......it would not maintain the temperature it was set to so you always had to keep setting it lower to make it turn on

Hotel is very dated, curtains don't close all the way, no water in room, and we didn't realize that we couldn't collect hotel points when booking through a 3rd party site (like hotels. Com). Had we known that, we would've chosen a different hotel, or hotel chain altogether. Disappointing that parking is extra too.

our hotel was infested with children between 6 and 10 years old just running around absolutely wild, with no supervision, and just screaming their heads off. when i went down the desk to complain, we were moved to another room but our stay didn't improve. we had an extremely late start to our day on saturday with most of our plans being ruined after such an early morning and all of the trouble. the hotel manager offered to compensate our parking due to the trouble...wow a whole $20!!! we decided to just grab dinner at blake's inside the hotel that night and we were disturbed yet AGAIN by the screaming children who decided that right outside of the restaurant was a great place to play with their "mini sticks". why were their parents never confronted about the noise by the hotel staff ?? never in my life have i seen anything like that. my expectations staying in a hotel are that people acting like that would be threatened to be kicked out if it continued. the noise continued the ENTIRE weekend. my husbands little "birthday getaway" was entirely ruined. i will never stay at another hilton due to the staff being so unhelpful and furthermore, i will never book through hotels.com again since i was told i could not be issued a refund due to my "third party booking". i hope this will be able to be rectified.

Parking was impossible due to event at hotel. Drove around forever unable to park. Finally used public parking elsewhere. Common areas are dirty and dusty. 2 out of 4 Elevators are out of order, resulting in long waits and crowded elevators. Paid for queen beds but got double. Staff claimed that the beds were queen when they clearly were not. Requested extra blankets 3 times and they never arrived. Windows in room are filthy. Floors are too. Worst stay ever.

I liked the location of the hotel and the windows in the pool area. The lobby was quite nice. The rest of the hotel was very outdated, the room was missing items that hadn’t been restocked, and it wasn’t overly the cleanest.

Beds were really uncomfortable and only 2 pillows were provided for each bed and they were also uncomfortable. Staff was nice and we got a free cookie when we checked in. Only paid parking and it isn’t convenient.

There are a lot of hidden fees!! $239 was what I was quoted and cc charge is $425.41 that is quite the incidental charges!! Still pending hopefully only extra $25!for parking!! Very noisy and room smelt bad we went and bought freshener spray!! All in all will not go back nothing around could not get out of parking garage no signs luckily a guy let us out!! Card did not work very frustrating

Beware parking is 24 dollars a night. Make sure to park on the opposite side for cheaper . Overall ok hotel

Enjoyed the pool and the room . But the elevators were not working or only one would work. This was very hard to get up and down. Had to use the stairs several times.

I was expecting more from what was listed as 4 star, but this is London and not Toronto, so maybe this is a comparative measure being in London. Room wasn't in the best shape. Flaking ceiling in the bathroom. Coffee maker only filled the cup halfway somehow. The in room safe was showing an error message and didn't work. "see" it said which I assume stands for "service." I'll try the other 4 star in London the next time I stay there.

Great price but the hotel is a bit tired. Beds are awesome. Staff is very welcoming. Didn't know that there is a bistro in the hotel so that was a nice surprice along with a small cafe. Definitely would stay here again

Clogged drains, broken outlets, no fan/vent in the bathroom, thin walls, outdated room. At my last stay i received complimentary parking, but now they charge per day. Room was prepared well and the staff were nice when checking in.

The hotel is dirty! It should be high quality but the whole place needs a renovation and a good clean! I woke up the a bug in my bed which completely freaked me out.. I got right out of bed and the hell out of there

Horrible experience. Room was dirty, construction in the hotel was loud, bath room tub was squeaky as if i was going to fall through, elevator got stuck on the 8th floor, was supposed to gte complimentary breakfest but was charged $20/pp, staff was friendly except for hotel manager. The hotel manager couldnt of cared less of any of these issues, still waiting for a call back.

The room was very clean, and the warm cookie upon check in was an awesome touch! The door to our room was sticky, we had to really push to get in and the hall doors were stuck somewhat open and it was a struggle to get through (17th floor). That could be a fire hazard in case of emergency. Other than that, comfortable beds and pillows. I’d go back!

Large covered entrance driveway to unpack vehicle and parking right beside building. Nice inside entrance to wait for ride. Rooms are large and very clean. Staff very friendly.
