The room was a two bedroom unit. It had LOTS of room and the beds were both bigger than doubles. The breakfast was great as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean building with spacious rooms. The building felt safe and parking was underground which is good since downtown London at times felt very unsafe. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of hot and cold foods.

Very nice accommodations. We were upgraded to a suite which we didn’t really need, but it was lovely. Parking underground provided a safe place for our car, but it would be a tight space for bigger vehicles.

The people who worked at the hotel were very hospitable. However, the mattress we slept on was in such poor condition that we felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Shame on Expedia for giving the hotel a decent rating and The Marriott for associating their name with the hotel. I don’t trust either company now

The staff are very friendly. We arrived much earlier than the regular check-in time, but since the rooms were ready, they allowed us to go in. The rooms are very large and have all the amenities of a small apartment. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

I would give this property a mark of excellent, but the bathroom setup was a bit inconvenient and at such a nice modern hotel the tub was a dated feature. Room was huge, clean, and great.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. We were coming from outside the city and asked for early check in and they were more than accommodating in finding us a room. Beyond that just very nice caring people. Such a clean hotel and breakfast was amazing.

We enjoyed the very nice rooms and atmosphere of this site. However, the bathroom door squeaked badly (disturbing when someone used the bathroom at night), and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was disappointing that we woke up stiff and sore in what was otherwise a lovely room.
