Parking was made more difficult as 2 buses blocked the entrance when we arrived. They were picking up conference attendees, but a number of cars were blocked from the main entrance.
Despite the fact our room was not made up upon our arrival at 5:00pm, the reception staff were quick to get us an alternate room & gave us a voucher for breakfast.
The hall carpets were a bit worn in places , but rooms were huge & clean, the mattress was soft & the towels plush.
All in all, a nice stay.

Helpful staff right from the get go. Helpful parking attendant/security despite me trying to navigate a trailer.
Cookies and water at check in were appreciated. Room was exactly what we needed. Would likely stay again.
