The staff was an absolute joy, kind, helpful, and genuine. The room was a wonderful size; the bed was so comfortable. The location of this DoubleTree was, without exaggeration, directly across the street from the event I came to Canada for and was even part of the event. Being located in the heart of London, I was able to experience so many local food spaces and get a feel for Canadian life; it was nothing short of breathtaking.

Staff was very kind. Laura made wonderful things happen this weekend for Readers & Romance. Parking was convenient.
Breakfast could have been included for the price I paid for the room. The coffee place had extremely inconvenient hours, especially because leaving the hotel was extremely uncomfortable due to the area of the city. Felt extremely unsafe leaving the hotel at any point just being in the area.
