the experience was wonderful. The staff the accommodations as well as the amenities for exceeded what I expected having a shuttle service to and from the hotel is something that every hotel service should have whether you’re on vacation or on business.

The floor of the shower in the bathroom and the tile surround was extremely dirty. The track for the shower door was full of gunk and rust.

Pros: the staff seemed mostly professional, the hotel was clean and easy to get to with plenty of free parking. Cons: the hot water NEVER worked. When I asked the front desk about it, I was informed "it gets like that when the hotel is busy". They did offer to move me but the hot water issue was throughout the hotel, so fix there. We had kids running up and down the halls screaming around midnight. The house keeping crew kept shouting down the halls to each other as they went from room to room cleaning early Sunday morning. It's a nice hotel, but for the price I expected better quality.

We were there for a concert. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle took us to the concert and dropped us off and then picked us up when we called. Our driver was wonderful!!!

Restaurant at hotel was very good. Hotel was noisy especially late in the evening. AC is room kept turning off so the room was warm. Overall, decent place to stay.

Extremely disappointed that there was no shuttle for Saturday evening, December 30th. I called the day before to confirm the shuttle but when we arrived, we were told that the shuttle driver said he would not drive the 3th or 31st. Cost us $90 for an Uber to/from our destination. I chose the Double Tree because of the shuttle.

We like this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable, we get a good nights sleep. But this time the drain in the shower was totally plugged such that after one shower the shower stall was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Needless to say, the second shower was very short - less than a minute. We reported it at checkout and there didn’t seem to be much of a concern. The other thing here is that breakfast is in the restaurant off the menu. Would be nice if there was at least a complimentary grab and go.

I didn’t realize we had booked an accessible room so the bathroom wasn’t exactly what we’re used to. Also no Kleenex or lounge chair in the room. Otherwise beds comfortable and no noise whatsoever.

The size and quality of the room was the best part but either the lack of staffing or lack of concern by the staffing made the experience not so great. There was a very noticeable mark on the bathroom toilet that appeared to be human feces, when I called the front desk they suggested i come down to have my room changed but I requested someone come up and properly clean it instead due to exhaustion after a long road trip. Another down side to the overnight stay was the amount of young people going in and out off the hotel as if there was a party somewhere in one of the rooms, that definitely made us feel unsafe as there was no one governing who was coming in and out until after hours. The $14.99 charge for breakfast took the cake I mean c'mon Hilton you gotta do better!! Overall it wasnt a bad experience but it definitely wasn't a great one either 😕... This will not be my first, second or third option next time I visit!

The staff was amazing very helpful, very kind and it was a nice hotel, except for they’re going through a transition of ownership and they did not have a lot of options in the lounge for drinks. I had an extended stay & I don’t feel housekeeping was up to par, they should’ve treated my room as if I was an overnight guest and came in every day to empty the trash make sure I had towels, etc. But I can’t say It enough about the staff, they were amazing and I truly appreciated them when I was there.

We were in an accessible room with a roll-in shower + 2 beds on Fr - Su. We did not receive our cookies at check-in, but of course we survived without them. As with most accessible rooms, the entryway of the room was uncarpeted. While this is best for maneuvering a wheelchair, it does make the room more noisy because the carpet doesn't dampen noise from the hallway or next door rooms, plus it tends to echo more. Additionally the room next to us was also accessible and unfortunately those guests were talkative until after Midnight keeping us awake. But from a safety standpoint, it was necessary for us. The bathroom was pretty large and had a nice sturdy fold-down bench for the roll-in shower which we appreciated. The floor tile was small & gritty enough to keep traction for getting in/out of the bathroom barefoot, but the hallway tiles were pretty large and thus more slippery under wet feet. One aggravating point is the toilet paper dispenser, which was located UNDER the grab bar at about knee height. It dispenses on the bottom which meant bending down to reach up into the dispenser to grab the toilet tissue. This can be an extra challenge for someone already mobility challenged. It should be placed above the grab bar so the tissue is easily reached. Our bathroom had a sewer-like smell and though we could have asked for another room, we didn't think there would be an accessible room, so we just asked for air freshener. We were provided apologies and a can of lysol.

The restaurant and bar were closed, wich were one of the main reasons we stayed at the hotel.It took 20 minutes for there to be hot water in the shower. Overall not happy with our stay.

What i like about my stay was the room was clean, nice bed and location convenient. What i did not like is the staffing! The bald man working the night shift was lazy and rude. no communication was provided that I need to notify staff if i needed my room clean. the cookies were dried, old and burnt the whole time i stayed there. Friday night- the cookies were black and still were being served! the customer service stinks- attitude and the staffing was dress poorly. no uniform! The cookies are my fave and the whole time not 1 cookie was baked correctly and they were always out. Very judgmental employees. Anyhow- for the price and convenience I would stay here again and just ignore the staff.

I love the cleanliness of the Hilton hotels and the staff. My first room was clean, but smelled strongly like someone had smoked in there. I walked down and told front desk and we were immediately transferred to a different room. I was thankful for that.

The first room we were given stunk with stale cigarette smell. So we had it changed to another room. The second room had slight stale cigarette smell but much better. They need to clean each room better and enforce no-smoking more vigorously. I don’t think we will go back there again.
