I love this hotel. It is easy to get to from both direction of the highway. The staff is great and the rooms are nicely updated. I have stayed here before and will stay again.

Pros: water pressure was good, nice Kohler fixtures in the bathroom, everything was new, fun modern decor. USB plugs & lots of available outlets. Free WIFI, decent breakfast. Cons: Furniture in the rooms is cheap crap. Check in was kind of slow. Shower floor super slippery. Linens are microfiber. Duvet cover was stuffed with a BEDSKIRT. Come on, Hilton. It wasn't even a cheap duvet, but a bedskirt. And because of the type of bed, a bedskirt would never be used at this property. Rooms were really small. No place to put your open bag, def not enough space for 2 people to unpack. Not a single drawer. Towels are small and they give you 2. Right by the highway. Overall, for what we paid it was ok.

I can always rely on Hilton to have a great hotel to make my travel easier. This hotel was right off the highway with hood parking. It was clean and inviting, plus the staff were all so friendly. I would recommend Tru by Hilton to others.

I was supposed to meet my significant other there at 3 to check in but there was a accident on the highway which delayed me for over an hour. I called to ask if they could check him in so he could get ready instead of sitting outside waiting. I was told no because they needed a credit card for incidentals I offered to give them my card number and again no. The room was already paid in full. How many incidentals can one have in an hour? When I finally got there to check in a little after 4 I am told my room was not ready. Not a happy camper! Then no instuction of where the elevator was or what time breakfast was or what time check out is. That is all not good customer service.

Rooms are small but nice and very clean. No microwave in the room but there was a small fridge. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking around the hotel was limited. Noise from nearby major roads was more than I had hoped but I still managed to get a good night's sleep.

Property is new and everything is in almist new condition. Location is very convenient but the only downside is windows are not soundproof so you hear the trucks passing using their airbrakes.

The room was spacious, but the minimalism was taken to a point where it lost functionality. No place to open your suitcase other than the floor - bench too narrow to accommodate luggage. The unforgivable omission was the lack of coffee service in the room. Having it available in the lobby 24/7 is not an acceptable substitute when I do not want to get dressed or see another human being until I'm halfway through my second cup. Cutesy sayings posted everywhere can't make up for these deficiencies. This 'brand' just isn't for me.

Very good breakfast. The only issue is that the small tables in the room are on rollers and don't seem to have the usual way to make them stationary. With the chair and table both rolling, it can make it a little tricky for an old guy to use them for support when getting up out of the chair. ;-)

Luckily for us, we were visiting a friend in the areas so she chauffered us around otherwise, the location would have been a big down fall. I did need to use a taxi once (ther's no Uber service in Concord?) and the service was not good. Still, we loved out stay at the Tru; lovely hotel, great workout equipment, really nice clean room with comfy beds and the staff was so friendly, hard working and ready to please. We especially enjoyed hanging with Jane late night; she was lovely and we are sorry we didn't leave her a tip! So please let her know, her service was top notch.

The Tru Hilton in concord NH was an excellent hotel. It is a newer property. It is extremely clean and safely located. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and had ample pillows. The bathroom was large and fully stocked with soaps, lotions, and towels. We will stay here again when in town.

We loved staying here! We chose this property because it was pet friendly and appeared to be modern. It was great. It was clean, simple, easy to navigate and the breakfast was great! The coffee is seriously delicious. We would go back for just that. Would definitely stay again.

The only reason for a 4 star was that fact that you had to request daily cleaning upon check-in. Otherwise the never cleaned your room or even refreshed your towels.

It served my purpose perfectly. Spotless room, comfortable bed, everything one might need with few of the extra touches one might find say, at a Courtyard. But the price point was less than I’d pay at a courtyard or similar. I simply wanted a nice place and a bed to sleep in. Also, a great eating spot right across the parking lot.

Had a wonderful stay here. The lobby is modern, fun, practical, and comfortable with plenty of seating. Loved the handful of board games and foosball available for some brief fun. The desk worker was extremely friendly and we enjoyed our conversations with her. We didn’t need it, but they had drinks and snacks available for purchase at the front desk area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Large TV with plenty of channels. The bathroom was very roomy. Loved the built in toiletries. Breakfast area was clean and had enough options to satisfy. Enjoyed the microwave always being available for use.
