Liked the room very much, suited our needs well. Pool seemed a little cold. Room needed a little cosmetic work

The staff that was there was great but understaffed! Front desk - one cheerful person - had to also man the continental breakfast and clean the area. She was doing the work of three people and obviously couldn’t do it all. There was extremely limited options.

We were in Manchester for a Field hockey National championship playoffs.....waiting to book a room until we knew the outcome of the team moving on to the final playoff game. Welllll they WON and we were scrambling for a 2 night hotel stay so we could be at the Final Championship game!!Thankfully we found this Best Western!! The last room available.😳 We were sooo lucky we could stay 30 mins away in the area of the stadium. Going 6.5 hr back home wasn't a option we were so tired from the initial drive and long day we had. We arrived at the hotel and checked in couldn't wait to get settled for the night. I took a flashlight that has a "purple light" feature for finding stains, pet stains. Happy to say not one spot did I find on carpet or bedding!! The breakfast was average & basic. They had cold cereal, yogurt, granola bars, bagels,English muffins, bread, variety of muffins, hard boiled eggs, make your own Waffles, small hot bar with scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, meat - turkey sausage patty-one day, 2nd day was turkey ham. Oj & Apple Juice. Of coarse Coffee tea & hot chocolate, Milk. The front desk staff was very pleasant & helpful. 👍 BTW the Field Hockey team WON 1ST PLACE IN THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!! 🏑🏆THE 1ST IN THE COLLEGES HISTORY !! SOOO THANKFUL FOR THIS HOTEL ROOM.😊

This property was a big disappointment. Considering that it was a Best Western I would have expected a much nicer facility. The rooms were very worn. There was a black gash in the tub, which we first believed to be a large bug. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the gentleman next door using the toilet....most unpleasant. There was a high school boys hockey team staying at a\the hotel. As a retired high school teacher I am very familiar with teen boys and their antics. The boys in the room above us were playing some sort of game where they were stomping along the floor. We were OK with this for over a half hour. When it was time for us to try to sleep, my husband went to the front desk to ask the employee to please direct the boys to stop. She didn't believe my husband. After a while he went back to the desk and invited that employee to come to our room to hear for herself. She did come, and within 30 seconds confirmed that the boys were doing something!!!! I must say, that the boys immediately stopped their game when asked to do so. That employee made our evening very unpleasant.

Staff was rude

Absolutely horrible, pubic hairs on the toilet, hair in the shower…. Beds are hard as a rock, i had spine surgery in December and now my back is completely destroyed Will never be staying at a best western ever again

Overall clean and comfortable. Difficulty sleeping due to noise in room above me. Sounded like someone was running back and forth through the room all morning.

I left my phone and sunglasses at the front desk, the reception kept my stuff very well and gave to me when I went back looking for those. Thanx!

Dismal property. Not very well lit, depressing.

The property itself was fine and was pretty much as per the description. The room we had was on the far right side of the builing near the end, which unfortunately was fairly close to a major highway. The constant sound of cars and semis speeding by prevented us from getting much sleep. Remarkably, the traffic flow persisted all night long without the lull I hoped we would see in the wee hours. If you book here, I would recommend a room near the middle or on the left side of the hotel.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was ok, service at breakfast was excellent.

This was close to everything, it was quiet, clean, and we slept great.

Staff was great, room was disgusting. Turn on the heater and the room smelled like an ashtray. Floor was dirty. Stains on walls , sides of bed ect. Simply disgusting. I was going to complain and just decided it wasn’t worth my time. Will never stay there again and I recommend anyone else does the same.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hot breakfast in the morning was good.

Why, oh, why? No early check opportunities? Some for a fee, but why not for that feel good factor? Shortsighted

Everything was fine. Check in was great, room was as expected, breakfast was great. Only problem we had was noise. People above us kept heavily walking around and dropping items on floor. Had difficulty sleeping soundly.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and appeared clean. The strong smoke odor and stains in the wall made it seem unclean.

The room was clean beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good as well, the only complaint would be this constant humming noise we could hear all night long.

Clean and nice building, rooms, I just didn’t like that you can hear the highway, is there a way to double pain windows to lock out noise.

Nice stay - calm and comfortable

Perfectly adequate accommodations but you get what you pay for. Clock had the wrong time and you couldn't fix it, towels in the bathroom were thin but they were there, shower tub combo was old with nothing to hold on to, people stomping overhead.

The upkeep of our room was terrible the doors had to be pushed to open with yourshoulder pulled hard to close there wasnot any soap trays in the shower the microwave oven was a mess the curtains had holes in them the room itself was far less than expected we were very disappointed
