Our room was too close to the elevator and noisy at night

Overall decent

The pressure in the shower was amazing! Strongest I have ever had.

Could have been cleaner. Found a dirty sock in the nightstand. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Comfortable bed and nice bedding

We booked as it said a cooked breakfast was offered. The eggs were processed spot eggs and the meat a processed sausage. All carbs on the non cooked option except an apple. Also the spar not working when we visited but we weren't advised of this at time if booking. A bit of a shame.

Before I left for my trip, they had already charged my card $200.00 in incidentals. They called up to an oops you’ll get that within 7 days. Not cool.

there are better option right next to place

pool area and hot tub were clean and warm. room was spacious and and bed was comfortable

our room was on the second floor and the sounds from third floor were absolutely horrible. we could hear the people above us walk, bed squeaking and flushing the toilet and they made constant noise until almost 3am!!! we barely got any sleep after driving 3 hours to ski all day. was really disappointing. and the shower did not drain well.

The personell was friendly and when needed, very helpful with information!

There was no card or sign in the bathroom reminding one that if you want new towels, place the old ones on the floor so that the house cleaning personell knows. I was only going to be in the room three nights, so I certainly needed no new towels. I left the two I was using up on the poles and by the time I came back from breakfast I had new towels none the less. Also a bar of soap that I had just started using was gone and a new one in its place! I´m sorry, but what a waste! I just think that we can be more sensitive in dealing with the resources we have and that it is possible in many simple ways.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 3. I ended up in a room with a king and pull out couch. No one wanted the pull out couch due to it being uncomfortable and there was a fitted sheet on it that looked like it hasn't been used for a long time. There was no bedding for it as well. No sheets, blankets etc. I choose my need online and did not get and when I asked the front desk if she realized it she said yup very matter a factley and did nothing. Bed was comfortable for 2 of us but the third person slept on the couch and the floor.

very noisy property loud shower sounds bleed through from above and side rooms, interstate 93 traffic loud all night, air condtioner noisy, walking noise from room above tromps through, pillows uncomfortable
