After reading some reviews, I was a bit leery of what the hotel might be like. It couldn't have been Better! The staff was most helpful. The main hotel areas were delightful Our room was Clean and very Comfortable. Great location as we wanted to have dinner at Jim's Steakhouse downtown Peoria. A short walk!

check was delayed by several hours because no rooms were cleaned. i did not get the room that i paid for. received a ton with two double beds instead of a king size bed. it was right next to the pool and smelled like chlorine.

The hotel was super nice, we got checked in and we .ade it up to our room. Used the key to open our door and standing on the other side was couple. Luckily still dressed! They quickly fixed the rooms and we were on our way.

What an amazing, warm, and cozy environment. There wasnt one area of the hotel that wasnt clean and tidy. Well recommended.

I reached out to the hotel to be closer to elevators and exits due to being on knee scooter. Instead I was placed in a room at the end of the hallway instead of near an elevator. Check in was okay. We were greeted with “The rooms are still being turned” instead of “let me look into that.” Our room was indeed ready but again the accommodations requested for my injury were not.

Overall good experience as a stay, however my check-in was delayed due to housekeeping being behind. I’m only acknowledging this because I reached out to the front desk twice within 72 hours of my check in time to confirm that I’ll be able to check in early (1 hour only) into my room due to my arrival time. I’m very understanding of operations being in the retail industry servicing others myself. So I’m only disappointed that this was told to me as possible but was not honored upon my arrival and I still had to wait. The young lady who checked me in also did not provide me with any guidance for assistance with my bags or where to park and any instructions regarding it, not even other amenities in the hotel. Typically things that a front desk concierge would assist a new guest with. This was very disappointing and affected my experience. Hopefully it can get better.

Hardy concert dec 1, I swear the woman at the front/desk gave us the worse room in the place, 210. Wonderful view of the rooftop air conditioner unit and a nice long walk to the elevator. I reserved the room a couple months ago. How about a city view at least?

Hotel is perfect for walking to the civic center. Parking garages are a little awkward but overall i would stay again for a civic center event. Rooms were clean. Dont believe the bad reviews. Good hotel for location and rate

Reserved a king room six months in advance, but upon arrival, it wasn't available. Instead, received a downgrade without any compensation offered. No microwaves in the rooms, and the bed was uncomfortably firm. The shower only provided lukewarm water, making the overall experience barely tolerable.

I found out after the fact that you have to pay for parking at another property. I booked a room for 5 and there was no cot given. We were told that we ordered two queen beds and that’s all we get. Common sense usually dictates that if you get a room for 5 that you would get enough for each person. This was the first Expedia experience that I was dissatisfied with

Best staff ever!! The web site doesn't let you know the indoor pool is closed and was one of the reasons we chose this property. Big let down. I think its deceiving to not let a guest know a major amenity is down or closed before booking, nor is this mention on the web site.

The room was nice, but it looked like a paint swatch was being tested on the wall. Like they gave me a room that was under closed for renovation and not yet finished. It was otherwise freshly decorated and clean. The restaurant Craft downstairs was very good. Small menu of sophisticated bar food with a great beer selection. I’d stay there again.

We came for a show, two friends. There were pubes on the toilet, tape on the walls (from bachelorette party?), lint on linens, the drawers were dirty. We did love the restaurant attached and the convenience of location.

Great location if you're taking in an event or nightlife. Terrific bar/restaurant onsite. Hotel could use some upgrades and basic cleaning. Hallways were dark and dirty. Furniture in public areas and sitting areas was dusty and old. Pool and hottub were out of order, which we were unaware of (website and 3rd party booking sites advertised both).Had we known this we would have booked elsewhere. Staff were professional and nice, but seemed like they were understaffed. Long wait to check in and again when purchasing items from the front desk pantry. Over all it was an okay stay, but not at this price point. (Could have booked a nicer, new, 2-bedroom condo across the street for less and had free parking included.)

The front desk lady who checked us in was very sweet. My daughter, upon checking in, requested being at the very top of the hotel and the receptionist went out of her way to change the room that was assigned to us to what our daughter requested. It’s the little details that make staying away from home that much more worth it!!! Thank you!!!

There was an odd smell on the fourth floor where I had stayed. It was hard to describe but perhaps musty is the right word? Either way, the room itself was clean and spacious. The bathroom was in perfect shape and myself and my group didn't have any issues coming or going while we stayed for the weekend. My only complaint is I received an email after booking indicating that parking would be free at one of two locations, called out by name, due to me booking with Sheraton. Upon arrival the host informed me that there was no partnership with any local parking garages and apologized for any confusion. The message was sent from Expedia, so I won't hold it against the hotel property itself but it was a bit frustrating to have to factor in an additional $40 for parking for two days in a nearby parking garage. Overall I would most definitely stay at this property again, given the cost and convinence. Solid 8/10.

Overall the entirety of the trip wasn’t great besides when we were at our Pokemon event!! The parking is a complete nightmare, then our ac unit in the first room was busted in which they made us stay the night in the first night once it was quote on quote fixed. The second night same room I was taking a bath to have legit hair balls The size of rats float out of the drain while I was bathing. Which lead us to room 170.. the room was fine besides having a door that could be opened by a fart or just a light touch walking by. The other issue I’m having is that the restaurant didn’t have enough staff or workers Saturday the day of our main event.. we waited 45min, an we couldn’t wait no more.. that rest of the day dragged on with me not having a decent bite until 10pm. But over all the staff was great, they work hard they just more staff for the later hours to help relieve those that have to pull all day and night shifts. It also baffles me how rooms got mixed up when we first checked in when we were supposed to have the bigger beds an etc.. that should’ve been handled completely right then and there. The other guests had it easy compared to us that I reserved for. They didn’t have any issue's

Street parking, room had a musty smell, curtains did not close, limited outlets. Shower and bed was nice. Staff was friendly. Couldn’t turn TV off, had to unplug tv to turn it off. No room service overnight, they came at 8:30am the next day even though we were checking out a few hours later.
