My family used this hotel as a stop over between Minnesota and Kentucky. I was concerned it would be a tiny facility, but was surprised on arrival. The hotel is great with generous sized double queen rooms and friendly staff. We ate at the steak house in front of the casino for dinner and spent some time gambling on the boat. It's not as large of a casino as we are used to visiting, but had great slot options, tables, and everything was super clean in both the casino and hotel. The view and location on the river is beautiful and we may plan a return trip just so we can spend more time there in the future!

The bed was so uncomfortable that I could barely walk the next morning. We were there for 2 nights and neither of us slept the first night and hurt so bad the next day. The mini fridge in the room did not work.

my sister and i stayed there for a bowling tournament nearby. We were amazed on how clean and nice the room was.it was easy to get around the public areas. the staff here was very nice and friendly

The hotel was very nice and helpful. They did not receive my reservation from Hotels.com but they gave me a room (it was late in the evening). So they were able to pivot and help me out.

Very nice accommodations and safe entry. Very beautiful. No breakfast options seemed to be closed in restaurants but maybe i missed something. No one appeared to be at the front desk as I came by both in am and pm. However, I would still come back.

I did not receive any cleaning services during my entire stay. I had to call the front desk for clean towels. My trash cans were overflowing. I ran completely out of bathroom tissue and had to use the box tissues. Very poor customer service.

Roomy space, comp. waters, easy chair, temp. adj. needed advice, easy 3 min suttle to casino. Rm. a bit pricey. Restaurant top notch casual w/attentive bartender.

Hotel bar closed as no staff. Also thought there was a shuttle to and from civic center. Otherwise everything was good.

The amenities advertised were not available. Bar- closed. We had a group staying there with plans to meet at the HOTEL bar so we didnt need to go anywhere else. The elevators smelled terrible of Marijuana. Atm not working. At check out i was not acknowledged at all when returning my keys.

We stayed for 5 days. Not once did house keeping replace our towels, we ran out of toilet paper considering there was only a half roll in our room no spare. When I called the front desk to ask for more towels and toilet paper I was told they don’t do that and that towels are only replaced on an as need basis no help keep cleaning cost and energy costs to a minimum. I ask on well what about toilet paper? I was told we should have another one in the room and to look for it. I explained we don’t have any more and was told by the same person than I will need to come down and “purchase” an additional roll as due resort fees do not cover that item. I explained that is ridiculous and absurd for her to treat a guest like that. She exclaimed she is just following the rules. I will never stay here again this is totally ridiculous. Our stay was our first vacation in 5 years and was completely miserable during our stay here. We came up to see grained and attend a large conference in town.

Stayed here for a one night quick trip and really liked it. The bed was comfy, casino was small but really fun. Bartenders were super nice. Little cafe on the first floor was great also!!!!! Will stop back if ever in the area!

Hallways were freezing cold! Toilet in room was stained and flushed slow. Casino was not connected to hotel and was actually located about a 5 min walk away.
