This is a no frills hotel but it is clean and convenient. The staff is friendly but don't seem to know much because no one that I talked with lives in the area. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to spend the night in the area. Having a clean and well taken care of room is always greatly appreciated. The breakfast is simple but filling. The pool is very nice.

The service was really nice. Staff was really pleasant and friendly and even allowed us to check in an hour early to accommodate my family needs.

We booked this hotel last minute on our way home from Florida to New York. It was the end of the Spring Break week. I was happy to find multiple rooms available. The price was reasonable. We checked in very easily. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was very quiet. Our room was on the first floor and it was perfect. The bedding was comfortable and the amenities were fine. Thank you for a great last minute stay!

We needed a place to sleep with our two young kiddos and to give my husband a break from driving. It was a great place to stay. Convenient to get too. Our room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast had cute little Belgian waffles. The only con is the cleanliness of the breakfast room floor.

From Los Angeles it took three flights to get to Fayetteville for a funeral. With my mother. Checked in at midnight funeral was at 11am. While laying do in the bed I notice a roach was crawling towards me. Immediately called the first desk and the offered another room. My mom and I didn’t feel comfortable sleep there. I asked for a refund the staff said to contact corporate. So at 3am we packed our bags and went to another hotel. I contacted management and he said he would get back to me about the refund and never did. I have video but this app will not let me post it

It was a clean place but there was no coffee at breakfast and the fitness room was closed. Shower area/bathroom could use additional or brighter lighting. Overall, a decent place that has some room for improvement.

The room was nice and clean. The only problem was
the walls were talking. lmbo the doors were not insulated and it sounded like the next door couple were in my room.

We didn’t notice until we had already settled but there was trash in the floor. Things were in disrepair. Toilet kept making funny noises and towels had holes in them.
The lady at check in was nice but when I tried to tell someone about the trash they couldn’t be bothered to get off their phone.
The breakfast area was a mess too.

Just passing through on my way North, had a restful and quite night. The young lady that checked me in was a pleasure to deal with (sorry didn't get her name).

For what we paid, the rooms we stayed in on both ends of a two-day road trip (NY to FL and back) were more than adequate. While the place is showing its age, the key features—bathrooms and bedding—presented nothing to complain about. Kudos to the overnight staffer at the lobby desk, who admitted us to the food service area at 5 AM, well before the start of official breakfast hours, so that we could get fresh coffees for the road.

Came Late had to ring the bell outside. A few minutes later attendant responded. Friendly enough. Thought it might be a shady area but found all good. Room was clean the room needed work but it was passable for our one night stay. The breakfast was very basic and good enough for the price.

Stayed in this hotel for vacation trip. Front desk is nice and friendly. Although lobby is not newly renovated, but hotel rooms are nearly renovated and clean.

The room was super clean the front desk was super sweet but when we came back from visiting colleges the soap the hotel gives u was gone & my sons bed was made n not mine. Also the toilet got clogged they offered to change our room but we were tired so I plunged it myself.

It was amazing, I was here for 2 weeks for work by myself and it was a nice relaxing stay, the rooms were very clean and the bed and the pillows are VERY comfortable I definitely recommend anyone staying in Fayetteville to stay here, especially for the price you won’t find that price anywhere !

This was one of the best hotel visits that we have ever experienced. Rooms were plenty large enough for two, exceptionally clean with a helpful staff. Highly recommend. Good breakfast. Great price.

My review is consistent with the others that note how clean and comfortable it is. Although the furnishings and general appearance are outdated, my room was very clean upon check-in and well maintained by housekeeping throuout my stay of almost 2 weeks.

Quick layover to get rest midway. However if you do not tolerate smoke- get a non-smoking room (they do a great job of keeping room smoke free) bc the interior halls are Smokey! Staff very nice, check in with Shay was so welcoming- she should be appreciated- as she represents the brand well. We heard her take a call from a prospective guest - her disposition (with a clearly difficult caller) was impressive. Appreciate Shay!
