Do NOT stay here if you are in the middle of a long road trip . We were put on the first floor right next to the exit door . All we wanted was a nice night sleep after driving 9 hrs straight from Florida . Well we got anything but that . Every 5 mins someone was going in and out of the exit door from 10:00pm to 12:30am non stop . It was one of the worst stays we ever had at a hotel . The air conditioning also wasn’t working and would turn off and on every 5 mins . After explaining to the front desk the insane amount of noise that was coming from the exit door we decided to forfeit our money and leave . The only response we got was “we can’t control the noise it’s a weekend”. We stopped at a gas station , grabbed a celcius and decided to continue driving through the night home . The only good thing I can say about the place was the first woman we dealt with when
We checked in , she was very nice . But if your looking for a hotel that has NON STOP
traffic through the hallways and slamming of doors don’t stay here .

I generally enjoy the Sleep Inn. It is usually nice and quiet and the rooms are very nice as well as the staff. Unfortunately on this visit someone kept slamming a door and walking so heavy on the floor that my bed actually shook. It was extremely annoying and unnecessary.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel but sadly the people that stay there can make or break a pleasant stay.

A/c did not cool room well. Seemed to work, but room just didnt cool off. No hot water dispenser in breakfast area, no tea bags, no sweetener for coffee. Breakfast 3/10

The first room was infested with roaches and the second room the a/c wasn’t working properly and we didn’t really sleep because of the infestation and the hot room the gentleman in the morning didn’t seem like he wanted to be bothered and was on his phone. The only bright spot was the overnight lady she was kind and trying to help even though the problems weren’t her fault.

The front desk personnel was great. The room was clean but dated. Towel rack over the towel was broken and hanging sideways. The hair dryer did not work. With time, realized the electrical socket by the sink was not working but dryer worked in an outlet in the bedroom area.

the room was roach infested. the fan on the heating unit was broken making a horrible noise whenever it went on. the person setting up the coffee at 6am was so rude. she told me the coffee wasn't ready and i couldn't stand in the breakfast room! i walked out, stood by the lobby counter and i could hear her bad-mouthing me the entire time. i apologized to her a million times and she had an issue with that!

If you are for an inexpensive/ quality place to stay, this is a great choice. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean and the facility is quiet at 11:00 at night. The free breakfast is not like dining at the Ritz but certainly acceptable. I drive from New York to Florida fairly frequently and think Sleep Inn is a great option.

I gave 5 stars because that’s a accurate rating BUT, there were guest walking around the entire night through the morning making laughing and talking extremely loud had to be the same guest there was a barking dog and I wasn’t able to get any sleep. I was driving from Houston Tx to Fayetteville NC a 17 hr drive so when I got the room I wanted and needed the rest but it was disturbed several times throughout that night into the morning because of the noise. Other than that I think it would of been perfect. I wanted to call front desk and let them know but they had to have heard it just as I did because we were on the first floor and so was the desk clerk.

everything was good except for the cockroaches. The lady at the front desk said we could have a refund but that we would have to go through Hotels.com. I tried to work with Hotels.com on the app to request a refund through you and I got stuck in a loop and was not able to contact anybody.

Awesome place to stay, this was a last minute reservation, the price was right and the front desk staff was so pleasant! The bed slept nicely, room clean and nice accommodations.

Quick & east check-in, clean comfortable room. Toilet needs bolts to be tightened & shower door does not close flush around the frame

Rooms were clean it was interesting that I had to pay a 100 cash deposit but I paid with my card I normally don’t carry cash but I had I’ve just never seen that before. That could be normal but other than that everything was straight.

Staff were very polite, but for a place that was "recently renovated," it can use much more work. The room was not clean. Stains were on curtains, bed topper, and every lamp shade was browning at every edge. As soon as ai touched the bed, a roach greeted me by walking out from behind the headboard. I killed it and another creepy crawley soon after. More insects began to inspect my hygiene bag and toothbrush as soon as I turned off the sink light. The bed was soft and the sheets seemed clean, but it was difficult to sleep because I kept imagining roaches on me.
I don't think the room was up to code either since the two water sprinklers were crusted in rust or filth and deeply set into the ceiling, which was crumbling around them. The room door has a significant gap with the doorjam, so it was fairly noisy in the room. Plus the extra lock wouldn't close because the door part didn't align with the wall lever.
Also, the lobby smelled of both types of rec smoke when we arrived.

The smoke alarm was broken and didn’t realize it until settled in bed and looked up to see the battery hanging out.

The beautiful woman at the front desk was very accommodating and help. Very clean rooms and beds are very comfortable. Will stay in 6 months when i travel through there.

I told the clerk I was hard of hearing but she still did not speak louder. First thing in the room big dent in the wall, light did not work by the door. Th shower door was broken at the bottom so when you took shower water flooded the bathroom floor. Huge stain on floor in bathroom plus I explained I could not walk far and I was put in room at the end of hall and

Quick overnight stay. Decent area conveniently located off the interstate. The shower was a plus and the bed was super comfy.

Driving from new York to Florida needed a place with a comfortable bed and hot shower. This served that purpose. Sad breakfast and weak coffee. But like I said served its purpose only there for a few hours to get some sleep and get moving. Great price

The room I had for 4 days was clean but this room had “roaches” in it. They weren’t just running around but in my 4 day stay I saw 5 after my first night there. If it weren’t for the roaches I would definitely stay there again…it just made me uncomfortable and I was always looking for one to pop out somewhere….I did mention it but I’m sure they’ve heard it before…..and the staff was pleasant.

The hotel is pretty basic. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. There was dirt on the shower walls when I arrived. There were also two extra guest (roaches) that appeared in the bathroom. The comforter had black marks on it.
