This place is a dump. It's nasty. It's not clean. It had roaches and flies. The carpet was nasty and the bathroom was nasty. I tried uploading photos, funny how that feature doesn't work. Look up pics on google you'll see.

Facility actually run down and not as presented on hotel.com site Even tv wasn’t working nor the toilet in good working condition . Could t use as the water was an issue. Supplied Towels for bathroom were dirty and Fridge was quite dirty with food smear all over inside the fridge

There was homless shopping carts behind the hotel where you park. The bathroom door was kicked in. The room had an over all dirty feeling.

There was a fist size hole in the wall. The hotel itself was nothing like the pictures or rooms shown on advertising. The building was completely dirty and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The bed sheeets were very dirty.

Door handle loose would not open door, toilet wouldn't flush couldn't figure out how to turn on lights. TV did not work and bed sheets were dirty and heater did not work

The lights in the room were flickering. Water was running. (Understandable cold weather) no hot water. Heater was not working properly. Pictures of room online was not the same as the room

This is where we stay whenever we come to Lubbock. Yes it is a lower rate hotel. However, it was still very nice. I do wish there was more choices at breakfast. The hotel staff is excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the room was the perfect temperature.

The first room we were given already had someone in it. The second room we were given was dirty, nasty pee in the toilet and the lid off with the water shut off, no handle on the door and stunk. Only highlight was the frontdesk clerk was polite and curtious.

beware of the surrounding area if you do plan to stay here, I don’t know if they weren’t expecting me but the room I was given was really dirty and wasn’t allowed to change rooms

I did not stay. I never checked in. The area was VERY scary. Very suspicious! If I could have cancelled my stay I would have but I was not able to do so. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Room 152 was a health hazard. It was so bad that I had to check out about 10pm Sunday evening and go somewhere else. The front desk only reimbursed me $55 of the $65 I paid. I will be filing a complaint with both the health department and the Better Business Bureau in Lubbock if I am not fully reimbursed in 3 days.

The area was extremely unsafe we had to be switched to a different room due to safety reasons. I will never book at that hotel ever again. The pictures shown on Expedia did not match the actual hotel whatsoever.

The room did not have all the lights working. The remote controls (2) did not have control over the volume of the tv. I could not connect to the hotel wifi. Everywhere smells to marijuana. People sitted in the stairs to the 2nd floor when I was leaving. People driving around with untrustful appearance.

Upon checking in the clerk didn’t give and information about the facility. Didn’t think to remind me that we had no blankets before going into our room. We had to wait over an hour for the blankets. There was no towels to bathe or dry off with. The room was VERY dirty. Hair all over the sink and the sink drained very slow due to been clogged with hair. Stains on all sheets and lounge chair, Pet hair all over the floor and nightstand it smelled of pets and smoke! Housekeeping staff sucked on cleaning! I will never book at this hotel every again!

Absolutely terrible. Traveler beware. Room had overpowering smell of cigarettes, and the condition was as if it had been shared by a commune of drug users. It was in disrepair. Beds had one sheet and blanket, no mattress sheet, and were covered in stains and cigarette burns. No trash can, toilet paper, and only a single towel. Armchair was covered in stains. Not a single surface was clean. It was like staying in a hotel from the Last of Us. It was not great years ago as an La Quinta, and has only gotten worse. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Our "non smoking" room smelled horribly of smoke, the TV was missing, there was a LARGE burn mark on the back of the doors, there were burn marks all through the room. This was definitely a drug user haven.

Room had no trash can, no blanket for the bed, missing a light bulb, no fridge, the toilet sprayed water from between tank and stool, floor was dirty, towels were stained, ac leaked water on floor, the whole place smelled like cigarettes, weed, and mildew.

Took 30min to check, no one ws at the front desk, when we got to our room it smelled, there was a couch that dirty full of dark spots dirty smelly, we had no towels and when i went to ask they couldnt give me any until tbe next day, thr room was dirty and had no wifi,microwave, mini fridge.

The cover was off the a/c unit so I could see through unit to the outside of the room from my bed. Channels weren’t working on tv. No trash can was present. One of the lamps was missing a bulb. Stains on the bath tub and towels. Definitely staying at the Double Tree next door in the future

I was given 3 rooms before they just gave up and gave me a refund. The staff were great tried hard to make it work. But the rooms were damaged each in their own way. The staff tried but management needs to do something

Has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. And I don’t say that lightly. Dirty, carpet was sticky, stains on walls/ceilings, sheets and towels were dirty, room was smoked in a lot. No mirror…list goes on. You’d be best served to find another spot.
