Never again!

Property smelled like marijuana! Homeless everywhere. Most importantly staff were rude.

We should have slept in the car...it would be cleaner

The location is convenient for passing through. Includes breakfast. The bed was fairly comfortable once we selected the cleanest sheets. It was quiet, especially considering the location next to the freeway.

It was filthy. Not sure where to start...was it someone else's toenails behind the bathroom door? Or the pile of dirt & gunk behind the toilet? Or the pile of dirt behind the door into the room? (It is an inside door.) Or the stained sheets? We hope they were changed and just stains, but the gum wrapper that fell out when we moved the cover makes it seem doubtful. ( No evidence of bedbugs, though.) The used q-tip on the atrium floor? Smears on the the walls & headboard? A torn sign on the checkin counter said that they don't supply microwave and fridge. We booked a king bed and commented that we needed a working microwave and fridge, but didn't care about the TV. We received a prompt email confirmation from the hotel saying that would be no problem. On arrival, we were told that no king beds were available. We got a room with 2 queen beds. We had to insist that we wanted to use the microwave that night. (Not in the kitchen in the morning as clerk suggested.) This was once a grand place that is now where old hotel furnishings and linens go to die.

Could have been better managed and maintained.

The Room was nice. The location was near the highway we were on. The breakfast was "OK". The air was good (air conditioning and heating). There were no stairs directly to the top, out-facing area and you had to go inside the building to then go upstairs and out again to the balcony: Good for safety.

We were told we had to be in a room that faced the outside parking lot because the motel was full and that's all they had left. However, we saw very few people and very few cars in the parking area throughout the night. Also, the door handle to the outside door looked like it had been broken and, though it was able to be locked once you went into the building it would not latch when you walked out, leaving the building un-secured.

Good as a last minute overnight stay

The breakfast was pretty good. It was quiet and we got the rest we needed.

The room smells like cigarettes, microwave was broken, and it could have been cleaned better.

Unsanitary property. I did not stay at the property

I did not like anything about this booking. The room description was not as advertised.

Room assigned was dirty and smelly. The security on the door was not safe.

For the price it could have been better

The rooms weren’t very clean at all. The sheets and bedding were stained. The towels were stained also. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign for the room. There was also a constant unpleasant smell in the room. They were also doing construction on the pool and it started at 6 am and ended late in the day of just constant loud machinery.

STAY AWAY

The first room they gave us had not even been cleaned. The next room at least had clean sheets. The two towels that were provided looked like they were a good twenty years old. They were also covered with hair. No coffee maker, No ice bucket, Not even a drinking cup. There was a beautiful pool and hot tub; but closed d/t Maintenance. I travel a lot And usually rely on name brand in strange places. If this was truly a Wyndam hotel their standards have fallen severely. If it hadn't been graduation weekend; I would have demanded a refund and gone elsewhere. As it was, the hotel was marginally better than sleeping in the car. I was under the impression that Booking.com vetted their hotels I was mistaken. This was The most miserable hotel stay I have ever had and that is saying a lot.

condem this property. it was a horrible experience in the time we were there

nothing. it was run down, and dirty. there was only 1 person working the desk. we waited for her to find out what rooms were clean and this was after the 3p checkin time. I paid for two rooms and it took almost three house to get the second key which was a room that looked like a crime had been committed in it. we left and went to La Quinta. the second shift desk person was rude and gave away the second room we had been promised. Management should go there and see if they would want to stay. it should be condemned. we had to ask for towels and soap which they said they didn’t have and then found some.

it was severely rundown, dirty, stained furniture, we got one room with ripped furniture and stained dirty walls. it should be condemned it was that horrible. I was going to be charged $250 + tax per night for a dump

Never again!

Given only 2 towels, no wash cloths, towels dingy and small, toilet stopped up, stains on bed linens, phone didn’t work in the room, blow dryer broken and hanging off the wall.

The room and the price was very good .

They said pool open all year round it was dirty and not open . They said free breakfast my 1st night of staying they told me the next morning I had go across to the other hotel if I wanted breakfast.And after that each day of my week staying the breakfast was only coffee juice cereal toast waffles and biscuits but was so hard couldn't even eat them and there was nothing more .So I rate that as a 2 .😔 And each day had keep asking for clean towels and wash cloths. They never cleaned my room the whole 6 days of my stay . This I rate a1 ... But everything else was good .
