Someone stole my beer out of the refrigerator in the breakfast room because our refrigerator was broken and the staff was replacing our refrigerator.

Facility was clean.
Breakfast was hot, well attended by staff to replace items.

Facility was being renovated, and the elevator was not working. Fortunately, we were on the second floor.

The beds were comfortable. The price was good. When I left my room keys in the room, the office receptionist gave me another one.
The room wasn't ready at 3 PM; at 3:40 PM, I had to wait 20 minutes or so for the room to be ready. When I asked how the hotel could accommodate me for the inconvenience, I was offered nothing. The elevator wasn't working. When accessing the second floor by the stairs, the door to the stairwell didn't have a handle; there was just a hole where the handle belonged. There were only two towels in the bathroom, even though we reserved for four adults. There was no hand bar soap; when I inquired about soap, I was told the hotel used body wash as its soap.
