Shower door bad, no towel at the pool area

They staff that checked us in had a hard time finding a room for us. The gentlemen said he was giving us an upgrade and he did not. We had to go back to the front desk for the correct room key. Our room was ok for 1 night. The best thing about the hotel was that the bed and pillows are very comfortable. And the chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Over all, decent place to stay.

I must say room was very spacious, neat , clean and no funky smell. Check in & check out was swift, staff were friendly & helpful. Daily we were given fresh towels and cleaned our room as well. Lobby is big, & vibe was nice. Ton of parking , space is not tight & feels safe. We didn’t avail of their breakfast as we have to head out early during our stay. But used the common microwave which was clean & maintained (no food smell). Place is peaceful and quiet. There’s a nearby by Starbucks & 10mins drive to a nice “shopping center” where is is WholeFoods, Walmart Supercenter etc
We highly recommend this place and we would choose this again on our next trip to LA.
