Good enough for the night. Nothing totally exceptional.

Very clean. Front desk was friendly.

Shower door did close. Smaller than my other family members.

The size of the rooms and the space was comfortable. Very quiet area. Comfortable beds, clean room. Will return.

The shower did not have a bathtub. The Shower handle and the hand rail where placed too close to each other. My husband smashed his hand, and I smashed my hand as well.

Not my best experience.

Bed was decently comfortable.

Hallways were very dirty- stuff all over the carpets. My first room was terrible. The road noise felt like I was out on the highway. But it was the bathroom/shower that was so disappointing. You could not run on the water without leaning all the way into the shower and having freezing cold water pouring on you. How do the housekeepers clean it?? Also no place to hang a towel. I asked to change rooms and was accommodated. The new room was much quieter and I could turn the shower on without getting wet, however the sink wouldn’t drain properly. Just felt very old and run down.

I was traveling for more that one year to the Radisson and all the time was under construction, the pool look perfect and whatever can't be used

Very poor

Staff was friendly, however the room was not the best.

The bathroom shower had mildew on the shower tiles. I did ask front desk if someone could take care of it. However when I returned to the room it was the same. The bathroom door did not lock. The lighting in the bathroom mirror was out! Room was outdated not what I expected. No microwave in room.

Great experience, will come back

The staff was great, very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant had good food. Parking was easy and secure. Very quiet and relaxing to stay there.

Very enjoyable

Loved every bit of it. Room was very clean, bed comfy. Was in Northridge for a celebration and your hotel was recommended by the host.

Shower, turned on the water and was waiting for it to heat, it splashed on the bathroom floor. Very minor problem, cleaned it up with the bath mat

Good

The room seemed clean. It's nice to have a sofa with a coffee table in the room. Staff are nice.

The shower pressure is strong, but the water cannot be drained fast enough. So I couldn't really continue a shower because the water wouldn't drain fast enough in the standing shower. There are some noise/sound from hall way or somewhere between the walls, sound like electric generator or something...

Overall it was a great stay

Staff was friendly, room was spacious, bed was comfortable

One of the room keys did not work at all. The 2nd key worked only intermittently. Would have appreciated more bottles of water in the room.

Disappointing

All advertising for facility shows a pool and spa available. I have screen shots showing this, yet upon arrival told they were NOT available. I only booked here for the pool and spa. VERY disappointed.

The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and accommodating. There was an in room coffee maker and refrigerator

Restaurant hours were not convenient or accomodating. There wasn't anywhere close that was open to get breakfast on Sunday.
