Friendly staff, clean room, great continental breakfast. The only complaint is receiving a misdirected staff phone call at 1AM in the morning intended for another room.

Location. Easy access to the Champlain Beidge and the island of Montreal. Excellent value compared to other hotels in the area. English language only was not an issue with the hotel staff. I’d stay here again.

The hotel is outdated but clean, quiet with large parking space. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The hotel does not have an elevator though which is inconvenience to elderly and persons with mobility issues. A cleaning staff knocked on our room at 830am (hotel checkout time is 11am) and asked my wife as to what time we checkout which is quite rude and annoying. Travelled with Family and Kids.

I lived in 2nd level , the room is full of cigarette smell and toilet is broken. Very terrible. Not recommend.

To start with, While Checking in, we were given a room that was used, it was messy and was not cleaned. We have to go back to the reception and were offered another room. Rooms were ok, they need to replace the carpets. Breakfast service was ok, but they don't refill food. Next morning we requested the reception to clean the room and keep some extra towels, the receptionist said he will make a note of it and make sure the room gets cleaned. When we came back to the room in the night, it was not cleaned. Tried reaching the reception, but no response. Next morning went to breakfast, the creams for coffee was not there and they said they ran out of creams. Overall a bad experience for the money we spent. Would not go back to this place again or will not recommend this place to my friends and family.

The check in process was difficult, as staff continually sent me to the wrong room. After discovering the room I was told to go to already had a customer there, I went back to the front desk. When I informed the staff of the mistake, they said I went to the wrong room. I showed them the room key with the room number they wrote on it indicating the incorrect room and still they said I was in the wrong. Once I got into the room, I found it quite dirty. There were stains on the wall and floor. The bathroom had dead bugs on the floor. And the shower and sink drains had obvious stains.

I paid lot $$ for staying. $600 and change for 3 nights. The Hotel signs shows next new bldg. Back bldg you see old chairs, clothes hanging like trash etc. I am not happy at all. The building smells old . Dirty couch front desk, dirty couch in the hall.

Pros: a lot of dinning option in the area, easy parking Cons : The smell in the bedroom was very bad, we had a difficult night, reported to the reception to change it, but the feedback was that the hotel is fully booked
