My room didn't really look like the photos advertised. I think the hotel my be renovating the rooms and they hadn't gotten to mine yet. The bathroom was particularly out of date. I was facing the pool and the other guests were loud late into the night. Not to be a hater but there's only so long I can listen to white girls singing Gangster's Paradise before it starts to get on my nerves. Staff was friendly and the room was big if a little beat. There was a big bug in my room that was attracted to my phone screen. It landed on the ceiling and when I threw a pillow at it a bunch of the popcorn texture fell down on me. Got the bug tho. Overall the rooms were pretty rough, I feel like they should charge less for unrenovated rooms if that is what's going on.

The pool grounds are nice, friendly staff. Pretty views. Dated facilities. The door to our room was broken and had to be slammed shut and opened. Worn items. This did r make it any mess fun to stay at the hotsprjngs.

The springs are why you are coming here which were great, but there are tiles filing off could use some maintenance. It says 15 miles form Joshua Tree, but it was more than 30 miles from an entrance and it took us over an hour to get there in the morning. The rooms need some updating and our cable stopped working on our last night there which the hotel couldn't fix. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the hot springs. They make you forget everything else.

Room was outdated no electrical plug ins available, temperature was faulty, thermostat was broken so we got mixed hot and cold air,refrigerator was not getting cold had to call multiple times 4/1 after 40 minutes had someone look at it then 4/2 called again saying not cold at all wait more then 3-1/2 hours to have a new refrigerator brought up, elevator was old and smelly, not the most savory people hanging around in side parking lot . Hot springs were amazing and open 24 hours no children after 10pm which was great so you can relax

Water damage to ceiling. Shower got boiling when any toilet flushed. I heard the nextdoor guest's alarm go off, heard them use the toilet, then they got in the shower. Got placed on hold for 10 mins, two times, then got hung up on. There was ONE outlet that worked and they put an extension on it that had 6 other things plugged into it. WAY out of the way of palm springs. The only good things were the mattresses were from 2022, sheets were clean, and the spring pools were nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Miracle Hot Springs. The Mountain View rooms had a great view. I was a little disappointed of the garbage people left by the pool when I came out there in the morning. The receptionist and employees were nice. We will definitely come back.

We had a great time at Miracle Springs! The hotel has one large hot mineral pool that’s kept at 80+ degrees all day long, and 7 jacuzzis of various sizes with even hotter temperatures. We went to the pools in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and always had wonderful experiences. We also took advantage of the spa and got fantastic Dead Sea mud treatments and facials. The hotel offers free parking, which was a big plus! The room itself was very nice, especially for how much we paid for it. We had a room with two queen beds, a couch, coffee table, dining table, TV, microwave, mini fridge, and bathroom. Everything we needed for comfort was either available in the room or easily accessible at the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Check in was fast, facility was nice, only issue I drop my wallet behind fridge, Micro table, moved future and there was 100 hundreds of cockroaches behind desk, anyway brought up to front desk, guy was just sad sorry I’m like that’s it , the goes how about. Free room on your next visit, ok whatever -

The pools were nice, but the hotel itself is very rundown. The housekeeping was good, but you have to ask for everything. They don’t have a lot of staff. We were there for 16 days, but it seems priority is given to groups only staying a night or two. Also, the phones in rooms didn’t work for local calls,this was an important feature for us. The food in the restaurant was good, but service was not. We sat and watched other people being served before us, when we were there before them by quite a bit. We got a decent deal on the room, but not sure it was worth it.

This hotel was so dirty, disgusting old definitely not worth the Price The name is deceiving the pictures as well on the website I will never, ever stay there again They had a trash can full of trash. Letting water drip it to it because it was raining.and the roof Was leaking

Absolutely nothing positive about this property, it was deplorable! Smells awful. Filthy carpet! Outdated! Bed felt like sleeping on a cardboard box! Can hear other guests through all the rooms and hallways. Over-priced DUMP. Drug users all over outside of property! Looks like zombie apocalypse as your drive into or out of the parking lot! Do not waste your time or money on this disgusting dump! Dangerous surroundings, unsafe and total waste of money to sleep in a smelly, out-dated, filthy DUMP!!!

This is by far my favorite Hot Springs in the are. Unfortunately due to the rains during the day. there was a leak in our room. Since the resort was booked up, we were given a bucket to catch the constant dripping. No offer of any compensation.
At one point, several young folks decided to smoke in the one of the spas. It took management sometime to get them to move to a designated smoking are and not in the spa. Later in the evening someone was playing loud music in the spa area.

There was no cool water in our room. And the hotel changed us another room and that had same problem. We asked for help again and the hotel said they can’t do anything.

I love this place. I would say it was horrible to prevent too many people going and raising the rates, but I can not lie, it's a true Jem.

The staff is friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & spacious. The grounds are well cared for. Of the 7 pools only 4 were functioning, & one was lukewarm at best. The lobby is nice but the hallways could use update to flooring.

Very disappointed in this place. Booked for three nights and when we first checked in the gentleman at the counter was very unfriendly. We got to our room and it had a stench so bad there was no way that we could stay in there. Called the front desk and the man at the counter did move us to a better room but was very rude about it. The next room we were in was old outdated and overall just did not look maintained. Our view out the window was to a shipping container filled with their cleaning supplies and a trailer on property that looked like someone was living in. I had a hard time even wanting to take a shower in the room. We ended up leaving after the first night. I didn’t even want to try the pools after seeing what the rooms looked like. Last thing I will mention is that it is in a ran down part of town where I did not feel safe leaving a rental car outside for the night. Very secluded from any restaurants or anything else you may want to do while in Palm Springs

We killed eleven cockroaches in our room, this was our last night at the hotel at 10:00pm so we could not check out. We had to fumigate our clothing, car and luggage before we brought anything into our house. I had to wash all of our clothing and shoes in hot water. There were no towels for the spas or pools so we had to use our two bath towels.

No cold water in the bathroom sink. Broken elevator- had to haul bags up and down stairs. No towels provided at the hot spring pools.
No clock in room & no wake up service. Rooms are cleaned only when vacated.

Hotel is old and needs some fixing but hot springs pools are great! Only one thing was they was trying to put some dining charges on my room that I did not do!

When we first checked in, the phone was not working. Then we figured there was only one wall outlet that actually worked. All the other ones are too loose to plug in anything. Later we found the hair dryer was broken. On day two, the hotel run out of clean towels. We had to use our dirty wet towels from the pool, to shower and bath with. We did not know there was no room service prior to booking. We were constantly running out of shampoo, coffee, cups, clean towels, trash bags etc. we kept calling front desk, they never delivered anything we requested. We had to walk to the front reception whenever we needed to replenish anything in our room. On our 3rd night, our neighbor’s dog kept barking. From 9pm to 1am non stop. The hotel did nothing about it. We kept calling front desk after midnight, finally someone answered and said they will send security to check. The hotel is super old, like out of 1960s movies. Very old and dirty. Would not recommend to anyone.
