We had originally booked pur stay for pur Disneyland vacation at Worldmark Anaheim. We were informed that our reservation was canceled four days before our trip. We had two other options given to us, both Resident Inn by Marriott hotels. We picked this location unfortunately. The room was so dirty with broken furniture and horrible beds. We will never stay here again. The room had food splatter all over the kitchen walls. My grandsons socks were completely black on the bottom. The dishwasher had dirty dishes still on it. We found clothing in the bedroom from the previous guest. The coach had food stains all over it. Just a horrible experience đź’Ż

Breakfast was amazing, by far the best I have even had at a hotel. They go above and Briton’s keeping the space clean and having extra toppings, sauces, and fresh options.
The room we were in was slightly dated but very nice and comfortable.
Didn’t love that parking is $9 a night but not to bad compared to many places that are $25-$35 per night.

The furniture in the room is broken and old. The carpet was very dirty and smelly. It was not a pleasant experience.

Carpets and floors were so dirty the bottom of my feet were black when I walked around the room with my shoes off. Had lots of little flies in the room which took me a few days to kill at least a dozen or more of them. Asked 2 times to vacuum the floor at it never happened. They were “short staffed”

The location and hotel were great from a picture standpoint. The room was extremely hot and made things extremely uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well at all. I left early because of it.

It was very difficult to open the door, also electronic key didn’t work one night, they never clean the room, no shampoo nor body soap, 1 bathroom sink was clogged.

Checked in on 6/5/2023 and checked out on 06/11/2023. During our stay the wifi and TV Internet providers (Netflix,Hulu,Prime) were unavailable, property stated their internet provider's server was down and was out of their control. Provided free parking ($9.00 per night) for this inconvenience. Went to the hotel pool on two different days, water was extremely cold. It seems they do have a pool water heater but only turn it on briefly as we felt the warm water coming from the jets but then turned off. On-site laundry did not wash our clothes properly, dryer left clothes extremely damp. Had to hang clothes all over room and blow dry most items. Property sits next to freeway with a ditch in between. First night there witnessed 2 men and a female stealing copper wire from somewhere in the ditch and load it into their car that was parked next to hotel. On our fourth morning, a homeless man with a full face mask was lying on the property's grass under a tree. Man appeared intoxicated as he was twitching his arms and legs everywhere. Property states rooms are "smoking free" but our room smelled like cigarette throughout our stay. I was highly disappointed with most of my stay at this property, especially since we had our 2 small children.

We had to book this room last minute and we were grateful to find this hotel. That being said, there is a lot of room for improvement. Warning to those who stay in building #5. There is a fence at the edge of the property that has been tampered with. There was a homeless woman coming in and out of there and walking in the hotel property. She started yelling horribly for help and and creating unnecessary scene. Apparently according to other guest this issue has been going on for a while. I called the front desk and they are aware. The only reason I’m writing this review is because i think people should know this before they decide to here.

There was an uneasy odor in the room. Not sure if it was from someone's cooking or not, but it was uncomfortable to sleep in the room. I had to open up the windows to air the room out and leave it open. Perhaps having an air freshener in the rooms would be helpful.

Check in was okay, was informed at the desk about a $9 parking fee. Was temporarily locked out of and in the room as the door kept sticking and was difficult to open the door. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

We liked the layout of the room. The transition piece from living room to kitchen was coming up with nails sticking through. The upper bathroom had water damage to the floor which was just covered up and was very soft and concerning.

A few of the staff was rude when I first checked in and made unnecessary charges during my stay.

The pet fee was way too high for a two-night stay. Our dog was literally in his crate almost the whole time since we wre out doing things during the day, and we still had to pay $100. (There is a very good dog day care a few blocks away we made use of, which accepted our out-of-state pet on short notice). Other than that, it's fine. Layout on rooms is nice and having a full kitchen was convenient.

Our stay was exactly how we’d hoped. Close to family and all the amenities of home. The breakfast was a huge bonus.
The property allowed to lay around for the three days we were there. Not just a piece of trash but a bag of trash and growing daily. I’m sure the location of homeless brings its added need to clean up the property would be responsible for, sadly.

The hotel itself was nice. The smell of cat urine in the room was the worst part. The complimentary breakfast and staff were a great addition but that smell was extremely unpleasant.

The hotel informed me that they don't even have rooms with king-size beds after I booked the accommodation based on the website's claim that I could get a king bed. The website claimed I could get a crib for my 3-year-old, but the customer care representative informed me that they don't even provide that. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone traveling with children because the stay was so uncomfortable.

This is a very nice facility for families visiting Disneyland-the unit that I stayed in was like a mini apartment. Very good for an extended stay. I was there for convention for 2 nights. It was nice and cousy like being at home, but I felt like I was waisting space. Nice to eat in your own kitchen though! The Operations Manager was very professional and courtious.

My wife and I last stayed at the same hotel 25 years ago! It was great to come back again with family. It was as we remembered it!
Location is excellent for an LA visit in my view, especially for Disney, shopping malls and South Cal beaches. The reception staff were all amazingly helpful, welcoming and always cheerful. There is an excellent fitness centre, basketball court and heated pool. Breakfast is complimentary although we never ante in. Rooms were clean, well equipped but looked slightly dated. Housekeeping was erratic. It wasn’t clear when they were coming or what they did. We had towels changed during our visit and rubbish removed but it wasn’t clear if bed sheets were ever changed or the floors vacuumed. However, using Bonvoy App to communicate with reception made life very easy.
Laundry room well equipped with 4 washing machines and 4 tumble dryers. But, the floors could have done with regular cleaning especially is it had rained during our stay. The need to use coins is so 20th century and part of the partly dated feel to the property. But, you can easily change cash for coins at reception. Why you have to pay for parking is puzzling and totally unnecessary in my view.
Would happily stay here again.

Arrived Friday evening and the TV didn’t work. They said it would be easier to change rooms since it was the start of Christmas weekend. They sent somebody to make sure it worked. Even offered to help us move if we wanted.
