Out of the way places such as behind the TV were filthy. A section of the wall near the door had cracked and missing much plaster. The bed and bathroom were fine. Overall, at least our room had become rundown. The wireless was down the day we were there (Monday night). This was not mentioned during check-in when they gave us the wireless PW! and we only found out because another couple at reception were complaining. Apparently wireless had been down all weekend including Monday (a total of at least 3 days) and no telling when it would return. The breakfast room was not big enough for the number of guests - pretty ridiculous at 7AM. By far the worst experience in our 2-week trip.

You get what you pay for. Accommodated my dogs. They helped me when I got locked out of my room. Not the nicest but he’s and bathroom were clean.

Run down, dirty, gnats flying around the room, bed sheets had yellow stains and there were blood spots on the pillow case. Stay at your own risk....

There was a busy Mexican restaurant across the street and no pet area. Traffic was constant and the area a bit rundown.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at in my life and I am 70 years old. Shocked it is associated with Holiday Inn Express. Filth, rundown and uncomfortable. We are not picky and this fell way below what I consider acceptable. Should have left but just gave in to the late hour. Never again.

I booked a room for $48, so I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. It was old, small tight parking lot. My room had seen better days. No lamps in the room, just a switch by the door for the ceiling light. Light over the shower didn't work. My room was clean, and the bed was alright for a one night stay. What can I say, it was a $48 room. I canceled my reservation for my return trip and spent a little more for a nicer place for my return trip.

Broken mirror holds with duck tape still no is loose from wall. Excellent breakfast lots to choose from in small eating place. Very god coffee. Bed is solid comfy 4 high pillows on bed plenty of towels. If not paying for more modern accommodation it’s a good deal

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in. Staff was fine. Absolutely filthy room and housekeeping walked right inside without knocking on our last day as we were getting dressed. Strognly suggest you avoid unless extremely desperate

This place needs to be updated. Carpets are old and rugged. Bathroom was old with rust stains on the sinks. Furniture is wobbly and falling apart. Holes in the walls that should be patched. No hairdryer which is standard for all motels/ hotels. It is a cheap place but it's time to get it in shape. Clean and comfortable beds.

The place was ok, guess they had some damage to the building. My room wasn’t super clean but for a pet friendly place it was ok. Regardless the staff was amazing which made up for what they lacked. Overall I had a pleasant stay with my fur baby companion

This hotel is in downtown Page and is within walking distance to the upper antelope canyon ride office and several restaurants. Rooms are budget priced and if you stay longer than a night, room service is every other day. The property is old. We stayed in room 230. That room is large and everything worked fine. The beds were comfortable. The shower provided hot water. The heater is extremely loud and drowns out the TV. The stairs nearest the room were being repaired. There is no elevator. The front desk staff can be a varied experience. At check-in, we had a lady who helped us patiently. Later there was another young lady who was much more brusque with answers. Breakfast is average and some equipment like the toaster and the juice machine are finicky. When we were there, there was no milk for a couple of days. On the whole, despite some niggles, we had a good stay. For one night stays for young people, it is an economical option. For those who need a higher quality of service, there are other hotels just down the road.

The lady in the front office was so rude when I checked in. I booked through Expedia and accidentally booked 2 rooms and did not even step foot in the other room or even accept the room key

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. It is nice enough for the price but my last experience they claimed i stole a pillow and tried to charge me 50 bucks. I did not steal a pillow so it was particularly disappointing to be accused of theft especially for such an insignificant item from a place i have supported and encouraged others to stay at who were traveling through.

Perfect for a short stop on the way home. The parking lot is small, but sufficient unless you happen to be there on the night of the Page Christmas Parade.
