The toilet ran constantly, though maintenance seemed to be replacing all of the toilets on our floor. I guess they just hadnt gotten to our room yet. The toilet also leaked smelly water occasionally. The sheets on the bed were stained with cigarette burns but they did get changed when i asked for them to be. Our room had a view of the motel dumpster which constantly had people going through it day and night and a wake up call from the garbage truck every couple of days at 5am. We stayed a week but never knew when to be out of the room for housekeeping because they came at all different times of the day, from 10am to 4pm.

The clerk at the counter was not pleasant when we checked in. He was not friendly or nice and actually very rude. When we parked he came out and told us there we couldn't park where we did and that's why there were cones, but there was no cone in the space we parked and I pointed that out to him. My husband said he would move and I suggested he grab another cone so it would be more clear and he said he would just refund the money and we can leave, he walked in saying he was going to call the manager to get us to leave. No one ever showed up to ask us to leave. There was mold in the windows and bathtub, stained sheets and towels and hair in the tub as well. The bed wasn't terrible but it was very noisy with people walking by the window and down the hall at all hours of night and being close to the road.

The room was surprisingly nice, and more spacious than I expected, but freezing… the heater was turned off in 16 degree weather, so it took a couple hours to warm up. The rooms are much nicer than the hallways, stairwells, and building exterior.

Don’t recommend. The power and the hot water went out and we checked out a day early and the front desk says they will still charge us for the day we aren’t there and said if we wanted to come back and stay in the room we could. If there was no hot water and power outage during a winter storm, who would want to stay. Please find another place to stay if you are traveling around here.

Felt very unsafe. We were warned by the clerk to lock up our car. The office wasn't even open. You have to check in through a plexiglass window! I worked at this motel back in the 70's when it was the Coachman Inn. Very different these days. Will never be back!

Front desk was lacking in the welcoming vibe big time when we checked in that night. housekeeping came to the door at 1030am to ask if we were checking out, despite us telling the front desk at 10am over the phone we'd be out at 11am (checkout time is 11am) then the housekeeper came back twice before 11am and had the front desk call at 1058am. I felt rushed out prior to the 11am checkout time, and this wasn't even a late checkout time request but the standard check out time. Lots of noise all night long made it extremely difficult to sleep. Bathtub stopper did not work had to use my sock as a plug to take a bath. Skimpy on the towels, in addition to the towels being rough and looking dingy/dirty. The room was all around run down in appearance. On the bright side, the soda machine was only $1 and had both coke and mnt dew, and the room was large enough for my wheelchair to move around, albeit the bathroom and vanity area are not ADA accessible at all.

I didn’t like checking in at the window. It was freezing and I couldn’t hear the guy on the other side because of the wind. Very inconvenient!

There was no lobby to check-in. My wife spoke to a clerk through a glass slit at the side of the structure. The room we were assigned was two doors from the party facility and a group had a party all night. We should have been given a room further away considering the motel was not full.

This place is located in an area of town that needs to be redeveloped. Transients were on the property when I arrived and local(?) workers appeared to be just hanging out at the check-in window. The check-in window was not client friendly at all but definitely protected the clerk on duty. If the clerk needs this much safety, what about those of us staying there? I suspect Motel 6 has trouble finding people to work there. I left and stayed elsewhere.

The lobby was closed at arrival, perhaps for renovations? Staff was friendly but was forced to do transaction through after hours service window.

The staff was great, but the property was not very well maintained. Baseboard coming off, shower faucet corroded, that sort of thing. Mattresses were thin, and hard as a rock. Pillows were terrible too. I get the fact that it was cheap, and not the Hilton, but my expectations were for a basic clean and comfortable room... No more than that... I didn't get what I paid for at this location.

Requested bath towels and washcloth which we did not receive. Had to share one washcloth. Only had two hand towels - inconvenient for shower. Otherwise, great stay.

Greatly renovated motel at great price, but we were woken up in the middle of the night by a fight between guests. Then, when we lest the premises, we were met by heavily intoxicated drug users right at the door.

Standard Motel 6. Convenient and Clean. Everything you need. Basics are all covered. The guy who checked us in had a bit of an attitude from behind his plexiglass window. But I guess he deals with a lot of strange characters.

Desk clerk was rude and unfriendly. The place was creepy. There is no functioning lobby, only a window to do your business. I got the feeling that it was a possibly not a safe place. Choose someplace else if you don't want to be endangered by staying here.

I've experienced in some very meager motels over 40 years, but this one-night stay was the most challenging and disappointing. The facility did not even have a lobby ... all exchanges had to be done through a small window. The night agent was polite but minimally helpful. The room was "bar bones", although an attempt was made to update the floors and bathroom. But, I've never encountered such small, cheaply made towels, the bed was barely comfortable, there was no desk surface, and no sample bottle of shampoo was provided or even a small coffee maker, as is usual. Only a tiny bar of cheap soap for the shower. Perhaps this is the post-Covid "new normal" in budget accommodations, but for my $90, I really did expect more. I will never stay in another Motel 6.

The lady checking us in was very rude… the hotel was well maintained but the bathtub needed to be cleaned and the beds were cheap, noisy and uncomfortable… the hotel did have refrigerator and microwave…

We didn't actually end up staying here because, upon arrival, we found that our room had not been cleaned. We asked for a different room and the front desk clerk said they were out of rooms so he would get us a refund instead. We never received the refund!

The property is under renovation (seems 6 to 12 months go on), when you check in, you have to stand out side through the window, unfortunately, I have to waiting under the raining and cold weather! Room is OK, spacious and clean, staff not so friendly.

It was a horrible. If I hadn’t been really tired, I would have left. The area is scary, the unit was terrible, dirty, drink covers were wet indicting the cups were barely washed out. Directions on my gps couldn’t find them. A definite - O

It was loud people fighting all night we got no sleep. There was no blanket on bed only sheets had to get our own blanket from truck and 2 hand towels and was cloths no towels. Heater barely worked it was 23 degrees office staff Said he’d do rounds stop noise but it only lasted bout 20 Minutes

Well the stay started off alright, but we got the jacuzzi tub room, well because of the jacuzzi tub (jets) and the jets were not working and our fridge was stinky and also did not work. It would have been amazing if they were. Then the day that we were leaving the girl who checked us in and the one who was at front desk when we left. Was so very rude. I am flabbergasted at the way she handles her customers. We asked for late check out, which was requested at check in and we were told that it was doable. We asked for this be sure we work late nights and get off in morning and wanted a few hours of sleep. We cleaned out own ro upon leaving and the lady was harassing us to get out at 3 mins of regular checkout time ...as we were trying to carry our bags out she was very unprofessional. Calling us very rude names, telling us to F*** Off and threatening us. I couldn't believe it. Never have we been treated like this. I still can't believe it. Also, this establishment, we had two life long friends that came to visit us during the day, who were taking us out to dinner and then touring the city a little bit, who were charged $10.00 each to be able to visit us at the hotel. That is never heard of before this.

Convenience. And what I felt like was unacceptable was the next day staff. And how rude and argumentive they became with my concerns and I tried to hand them someone's driver's license,we found in the bark beds out back, they wanted me to toss in trash!
