The property seemed well maintained and clean. The staff were not knowledgeable about the area, nor did they attempt to find someone to assist. When checking out the front desk clerk did not go over charges, but just took the door key. When asked to discuss she said I would have to contact Expedia and she would not assist me.

Front desk staff was rude, like he had a bad day or something, no water in room for the coffee maker. They sold me the water a $1 a peace. Bedroom shower stain. I wouldn’t go back again.

The staff here are very nice and accommodating. Was given a room that smelled like smoke and changed it with no hassle even though they were very busy. Always willing to make sure you have a great stay

Only one elevator was operational. The hallways smelled of marijuana despite efforts to remove the odor. Rooms that had do not disturb signs were entered and property was disturbed. The front office staff was friendly.

Everything was perfect I love this hotel the only issue was the toilet kept messing up. Everytime we reported they told us we were using too much tissue. But we had two rooms that was doing the same thing. And about three other people had the same issue on the floor so I was positive it wasn’t to much tissue.

The location is always a plus because it's in an area with plenty of restaurants, stores etc and the staff was Nice! I enjoyed the Bartender Krystal whom was very Pleasant while I sipped a glass of wine.

I canceled my room because the hotel booked me for a room they didn’t have available and tried to up charge me for a room cheaper than the room I originally payed for I would to be reimbursed

To check in…it took 20 mins..not sure what they were trying to figure out. No offering of anything related to my Anil tong old membership….not even a bottle of water in the room.

I had a pet and it was easy. Staff very friendly. I would just add more trash cans on the property as well the two available filled up quickly.
