Great location and great staff in all areas. Corporate needs to up date the furniture all over the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All the other furniture and carpets were very wore.

Super close to the port of San pedro. Easy parking and friendly staff. Will be staying here before all of our future cruises.

The pictures of the room that you see online are not what your room will actually look like. Our shower facet hardly worked and none of the outlets on one side of the room worked either. Which left the room quite dark. The mini fridge also made noise all night long. They advertise that they have a cruise shuttle but when you check in they tell you that it’s only really there for elderly or handicapped people and that if you can you should just take an Uber. Bright side was that it was clean and only a 15 minute walk to the cruise port.

I had a bad experience with the front desk and restaurant upon check in. I spoke to the general manager in morning. The GM handled it with grace fixed the issues and basically made my experience at the hotel incredible. Future visits to San Pedro there's no question where I'll be staying!

Shower did not work. They tried to fix it and made it worse so even the bath no longer worked. After telling me there were no other rooms available they ended up giving me a suite at the price of my regular room.

The hotel NEEDS a lot of work. It is really run down. The service was equivalent to the room rate but the condition of the hotel was that of a $100 room vs $300.

Nice and helpsome staff. Fine breakfast. The beds and pillows were excellent and suited us perfect - some of the best we have tried in a hotel. The door to the gangway, however, was not soundproof or tightly closed. You could hear much and see light come in but for one night it was fine and luckily didn’t bother us too much. Hotel is very close to the cruise port and has a shuttle service every 30 minutes. We paid $5.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and informative at checkin. Lobby was clean and modern. Fun neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurant options. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shuttle to cruise port was quick and efficient.

This was fine to stay one night before cruising. It is convenient to the port with a short shuttle ride. It is walkable to several restaurants and grocery items. I recommend Hojas for coffee tea and a bite to eat in the morning. The hotel furniture is beat up, chairs peeling, very run down.

We arrived early evening. No luggage carts. The hotel is old, dirty and smelly. It was the most convenient hotel for us based on our business plans. It seems like they cater to the cruising crowd. I’d recommend making The short trip to Long Beach and stay elsewhere

Over all, the property is conveniently located to the cruise terminal. It’s an acceptable place to overnight.

The sleep was not good. Beds were fine, however the doors are old and have shifted, so light from the hallway was shining in lighting up the room. That also meant noise travelled. Anytime someone walked by our door and was talking it would wake me up. I’ve stayed in some dives before but even the doors to those rooms weren’t as bad. The hot tub water was so murky I wouldn’t go in it. Other than those negatives, it’s in a nice location with easy access to the cruise port. We had to pay for the shuttle (inexpensive but I thought it was included) and the buffet was decent. I cruise often and most likely wouldn’t stay here again based on how bad my sleep was.

Very poor lighting in the bathroom, unless you like shaving in the dark. Room temperature control was in effective in warming the room to my wife liking. Was unable to connect to the internet.

We stayed one night before our cruise and was very nice hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable and staff very friendly. We walked to crazy fish and had some great food as well.

We will it choose this hotel again. The cons outweigh the pros for us. Pros: Clean, good location near cruise terminal, helpful front desk. Cons: Ran out of parking, very loud air conditioner, rude staff in restaurant, coffee not available in the lobby without buying breakfast. (It is available in the room for free, but you can’t use the self service to go coffee in the lobby without buying breakfast) Be careful if you park in the garage as there were lots of people double parked blocking people in. While it’s not condoned by the hotel, it would be frustrating to not be able to get your car out.

Each person we talked to was very nice. The hotel is beautiful. The amenities are great, and it’s so convenient having a shuttle to the cruise ships and having a car return right here. It’s perfect for the stay before your cruise.

Hotel had shuttle service to and from cruise terminal available and at your pre scheduled convenient time. Also allowed us to check in early and catch a afternoon nap after a very early flight. Check on in staff and bell concierge very helpful
