This trip was to celebrate a milestone birthday and everyone had made reservations in the same tower so we could all be close. To begin with, the check-in process was a nightmare because somehow, there were multiple reservations under each name....what? And after spending an hour with a wonderful guest associate named Kyle and a great manager named Chelsea, we finally started our vacation....but our two rooms were in the tower that was furthest away from our friends. Secondly, where are the bellman? Dragging luggage through an enormous casino over carpet was like a work out on its own. Now for my room....the TV never worked, ONE towel, no in-room refrigerator or water, and the shower drain overflowed after literally two minutes.....every time! My colleagues room next door had all of the above....it was like I was staying in the chambermaids quarters! Anytime you requested anything from guest services, it was over an hour...yikes! And to top it off, all four elevators for the Colosseum tower did not work on Sunday evening and it would take hours to go up and down using the service elevator with a staff member. Overall....never again. The whole experience was awful and when the sun finally came out, not a singe lounge chair available without a fee.

I paid for king bed and ceasars palace give us a room withe 2 double size bed. They told us it was kingbed only if available. It was two different price(king bed and double bed). I contacted hotel.com and didn’t help me.

It was okay. The room wasn't special for the price paid. They didn't refund me the room after the Adele concert was canceled so I stayed anyway.

Check in procedure was horrible. The clerk could have cared less that we were guest there. No map, no directions to our room.
By the time we made it to our room and found the pool we were told it was closing early. But, they still had the nerve to charge a resort fee for the day for amenities never used.
Just felt like a small number in a big pile of money that was being stolen from guest.

Nice room, very spacious and a wonderful bathroom with a separate toilet room.

Don’t waste your money. Service is horrible and the hallways are super dirty.

My first time stay at Ceasars Palace. I was very impressed with the service. Went went to see the Garth Brooks concert. There was a huge line at check in. A guy pulled us out of line to took us to the VIP check in. Then they upgraded our hotel room. We were to grateful. It was a beautiful room. We enjoyed our stay.

Waited 55 minutes to check in.
When I commented to the front desk, finally at check in time, I was greeted with a rude employee that quickly barked back that ”this is normal”. Normal?? I would never stay here again.

In the middle of everything Las Vegas strip wise.

Cesar's is a very large hotel/casino. It was a long walk to check-in from Uber drop-off. $50 resort fee. Figi water in room was $14.00! Be aware that if you lift to look at anything from the snack holder or the mini frige, there is a $75 restocking fee. Room was large as was the bathroom. Nicely scented soap, shampoo, and lotion. Pillows were not comfortable.

It's a great hotel for the location and restaurants/shops located inside the hotel. We stayed in the Octavius Tower and while there were aspects that were nice you can definitely see that it's run down. All the furniture was chipped and the bedding was pilling. We were definitely paying for the overall hotel, not just the room.

We stayed at the Colosseum tower. The room was renovated recently and was nice and clean. The Colosseum tower is though far from everything such as the pool and fitness.

I paid for a room with a pool view & was placed in a room with a view of the parking lot. The hotel was sold out & could never get me the view I paid for. The constant arguing with the front desk put a damper on the trip. I’ll NEVER stay at Ceasars Palace again.

Probably the best Hotel we have been at yet. Our goal is to stay at all the resort hotels on the strip/Freemont. So far, the best yet. Awesome room with jetted tub. Super clean....quick check in....no $$ hassle at check in....overall 10/10.

Overall, very nice place, doing it all again I wouldn't stay here just visit. Pros: right in middle of where you want to be on the strip. Easy to get to everything. Casino didn't impress us as we thought others had better selection of slots and more tables at others. Played slots a few times and never had a girl get us a drink or even come by. We also played at the bar and had to pay for drinks. Plan on walking a lot through the hotel. If you stay in Julius tower it would be easy. Our room however had a view of a wall and parking lot. Getting seats at pool is at times hard. Too many pay to sit cabanas and beds. We were disappointed in our stay that only two pools were open.

Caesars Palace is a magnificent and beautiful property and we loved the overall vibe of the place, esp. the attached Forum Shops that was amazing to shop at. That being said, our actual room was a mess. The shower drain was super slow to drain (gross), the lighted mirror in the bathroom didn't work, the reading lights didn't work, the PHONE in the room didn't work. After raising these concerns with guest services, they could only fix the shower drain and none of the other issues. Day of checkout, all self-checkout kiosks were out of service for some reason and there was just ONE front desk staff trying to help over 25 guests trying to check out which was unacceptable and made many people miss their flights. Do better. I will not be staying at CP again.

They have no quiet times at all. Construction at 5am in the morning drilling hammering banging with no respect to customers at all. Management has no concern for customers at all.

It always an amazing experience with professional support when check in by friendly staff Pablo.

Disgusting room and damaged beds and hotel management Antonio Carter made a horrible situation even worse! I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone either

$365 a night for a room that was literally a banged up, stained and sad looking mess is Kind of sickening. Shredding headboard- ick. My key didn’t work and key copy machines were broken. And the pool area was roped off, blocked and uninviting. Would never stay here again.

Caesar's Palace is cool. In the heart if the Vegas strip. Lots of restaurant/bar choices. Cool decor. Huge room and bathroom.

First time visit to Vegas. Chose Caesar’s Palace to be in the middle of everything on the strip. Location was great! People were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had one issue. I booked what was called a Julius suite which was to have a king size bed. Upon check in, there were none of these rooms available. We were offered 2 queen beds. It was just my husband and I traveling, why would we want 2 queen size beds when I booked a room with one king? Of course, we had to upgrade to a different type of suite, so we had to pay an additional $$$ per night for the new suite. We didn’t push the issue and just went with it because we were exhausted after arriving late (flight delay).

Terrible customer service. They charge you for everything. The sink was clogged. They did not take care of till the next day. The shower head was placed so low that hit my head. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was beautiful. I was a little disappointed that there was an item of trash in our trash can when we arrived, but it wasn't a big deal and everything else was clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We felt a little blindsided that there's a $100 resort fee and $300 deposit upon arrival. We understand the need for it, but you should just earmark for that before the trip. We ate at Gordon Ramsey's Pub. The food was mediocre.

The staff was great and so is the hotel and service, my room was lacking. Clogged sink, low hot water pressure, leaking shower and dated furniture. This is not the Cesar’s Palace I expected

we had 4 people in our room and only given 3 towels. the jets in the tub had some stains so we didn't feel comfortable using it.
the views were great of the fountain but we could still hear the police sirens from the street all night.
overall really beautiful and luxurious hotel but compared to others in similar price range on the strip, it missed the mark. we waited in a 20 min line to check in. they asked for my ID and said the room wasn't ready but for $60 they can rush it. we weren't in a rush to get in the room so we said no.....he gave me back the ID but told me I would have to wait in that long line again for check in later. at 4pm, when I checked in, another patron had said she checked in earlier and signed all the papers and would just like to collect her key card since it is now 4 pm check in time so she by passed the line. actually, she interrupted the woman helping me check in so she can get her key card....um, so i had to fall in line AGAIN for 40 min and this guest was able to check in and sign all the papers earlier? hmm, not cool and pretty rude that the woman helping me who was currently holding my license stepped away to help this woman.
also, i wish they had given us a key card even if it wasn't linked to our room yet because our car was parked in the garage already. so our car was stuck unless we wanted to pay the parking fee to come back out before check in.

Self parking elevators...ONLY 1 working...tons of ppl waiting...they have been this way for months...come on Caesars Palace...put the $600 I lost gambling towards the elevator repair!

Took longer thank expected to get checked in.
Great new remodeled rooms.
Amazing food options.

Great room, although calling it a “junior suite” was ambitious (it did have an extra toilet and sink). The staff was helpful, but I had to spend too much time with them to solve problems– room key issues and a false promise of slot credits applied to my Caesars Rewards (that never was rectified). In general, the vibe at CP was up festive. I found myself spending much more time at other casinos nearby– should have just stayed at them.

It was a great luxury stay.

Room was dingy and a little dirty.

My experience was very disappointing. We stay in a room where I thought it was an upgrade more like a downgrade, an unfortunately the people that were next to us had children and you can hear them screaming all night long. I was very disappointing. However, when I talk to them in the front office, they did give me a discount because of it and I appreciate that but I was very Disappointed it was so stink you can smell cigarettes and weed everywhere. It I was not what I was expecting , very sad

Had a great stay. But at around 1:30am the jacuzzi turned on for no reason and then again @2:15am. We were in room 2601. But other than that great time room was very clean.

They upgraded me to a suite which was good but none of the TVs worked. I called to have them fixed and was ignored for 3 days straight. The room was stuffy and the shower floods the bathroom. The room came with a pool table which is good for entertaining guests - but the TV situation wasn’t cool because I opened 3 tickets and they flat out ignored me. Had teenage kids with me so would’ve been good to have working TVs over a 4 day 3 night trip.

It was amazing.

The staff and service here are wonderful...everyone was very nice and efficient.
But...gone are the days of the Old Vegas. These strip hotels are resort style now. Not only is the nightly rate absurd, but it does not include any amenities. No free bottled water in the room, a keurig but no k-cups. If you want to use the provided k-cups, 4 will cost you $21. The $52.10 nightly fee "covers" wi-fi, but nothing else. There isn't even a soap dish in the bathroom for the hand soap, the shampoo and conditioner are TINY, and the bathroom fan hasn't been clean in at least 20 years, not that it even runs.
Listen, I know Vegas is pricey, I've been before, I expected that. And Caesars is iconic. But it's also incredibly overrated given the fact that the food is WAY too expensive and the casino is WAY too tight (I didn't see anyone receive a hand pay over the 4 days I was there). This is not the best value for your money.

Asked for 2 keys, when arriving at the room found out was given only 1 key. When asked for additional bath towels, didn't get any. Called guest services to ask for a bandaid because i cut my finger on opening the shampoo bottle and was told someone will bring it up, no one did. Asked if there’s any slippers because the bathroom floors are cold and with no extra towels, we cant use the towels to place where the sink is and my feet was cold when standing. Charged me for mini bar purchases that i did not make, although it was finally handled but this was after an hour spent calling them and being sent around to Billing department. I left a night early and asked 2 employees to check me out early, later to find out i was not and hand to call guest services from CA to check me out, luckily i was not late. I also asked the employee checking room keys at the elevator if i need to go to the lobby to personally check myself out, the response i received was, “i don’t know. I just check room keys.” I had to roll 3 big luggages all the way from Palace Tower to lobby to be told, i didn't need to. Poor customer service from the DiFara Pizza in the cafeteria, we asked for our meat ball sub to be cut in half and he was acting sarcastic and took the sub back to the kitchen area slice just 2 cm on top and gave it back to us. If he didn't want to, give us a plastic disposable knife so we could, it is a hot sub, how could we have break it up on our own in the room? All in all, disappointing.
