The cleaning staff members were very friendly!
My spouse's cell phone was stolen from the casino area and the security guards were not very helpful. They did not review the cameras and were very rude to my wife. She was very frustrated about the way she was being treated and it caused her to become disappointed about her stay at this hotel. She plans to make a formal complaint to the corporate office.

I loved the location. I love the decor. The signature vanderpump style was genius. Staff were amazing. Not a bad interaction with any of them. The beds were comfy. The shower was lovely. Cocktails were delicious.
Check in is at 3pm unfortunately we got there at 4:30 and was told our room was not available and to enjoy the happy hour at a bar till just after 5 as after the room is ready it needs to be inspected which I thought was cheeky as we pay from 3pm.

Location was great!
There was no room service, cleaning, replacement of towels during our whole stay, when I asked the receptionist she told us that this is not expected in a 4* hotel lol.
