The room was really comfortable as far as the bed and the pillows. The staff was helpful and took time to answer our questions or give us directions.
I had a cold and needed hot water to mix my medication. No one would give to us. There wasn't a microwave in the room so I couldn't heat water up, so I had to suffer. We brought some snacks that needed refrigeration, and we couldn't use the refrigerator. I knocked over a candy bar putting stuff on the counter and was charged for it (they removed it, but still irritating as there wasn't much table space to put things). The breakfast buffet was just okay. Could have used more fruit options and bread options. For $70 for the two of us, I would have expected so much more. I didn't see any non-dairy creamer and I needed that. There was only milk and 1/2 and 1/2. All in all I would never stay there again. Even the cheapest of hotels has a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker, yet for almost $200 a night we weren't given any of those options. Very disappointing. Also we stayed in the Canyon wing and on the 5th floor and their hallways stunk like fish cooking.
