Like the room and free parking, the facility environment is too big for us.

The overall room design is nice and the room storage organizer consideration is done very well. The bed is very comfortable. As well, it is nice to have parking for free service. In general, we had very nice service staff support when needed.

The juice fridge is only designed for selling their product, we cannot put our own drink unless we are willing pay the $40 to take out their drinks in the fridge. The hotel should clarify that fridge service with fee in the advertisement. There is no free coffee/tea available in the room, only 2 small bottles of water provided daily. Hence, we found the resort fee is not worth for the value.

Step off the Strip for a more chill vibe at the Virgin. Great value without sacrificing the luxury.

I liked the mid-century desert vibe of the place and all of the upgrades in decor in the restaurants and pool areas. Kassi Beach pool was not opened yet but looked good. Food at the restaurants was also very good and there were plenty pf places to get sundries and coffee. The Spa was also very nice and the massage excellent.

What I didn't like was the casino areas of the hotel. It seemed that In the midst of this desert oasis there was a black hole where you were transported to back to the Stardust Casino before its demolition. It felt sad, dingy and out of step with the image the Virgin Hotel was trying to project.

Don't expect a lot of value at this property.

Lobby and outside of property was nice looking but the rooms were super basic. Free parking was also a bonus. Hair and bath products were good. Fitness facility very nice. Location not bad just a few minutes off the strip but noisy with the proximity to airport and jets constantly taking off and landing.

Because of proximity to airport, it was noisy with jets, especially depending on the wind direction. Resort fee is a joke as it included internet and 2 'bottles of water'. The TV constantly buffered signal, couldn't access Hulu and Netflix which were also supposed to be included in the resort fee, and the bottles of water were the size of a cup. Yes the water was in bottles but barely enough to fill a cup!! See attached pics.

Tolles Hotel.... Virgin eben !!

Gute Lage, tolles weitläufiges Hotel mit kostenfreiem Parkhaus. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet, generell bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die Zimmer smart und top modern. Guter Service, daß Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fußweg 10 Minuten zum Strip oder 3 Minuten mit dem Uber. Die Verkehrsanbindung zur Interstate -15 ist zügig und nahe gelegen ebenso der Airport.

Das wäre Jammern auf hohem Niveau, Die Wege im Hotel sind weitläufig ;o)

Konzertbesuch

Ich war zum Konzert im Virgin Theater. Ideal, wenn man im selben Hotel übernachtet. War im Canyon Tower untergebracht, was tatsächlich nur ein Katzensprung war. Das Bett war super bequem, auch wenn es schon etwas durchgelegen war.

Bitte ändern Sie den Toilettenpapier Spender. Ich habe einen blauen Ellebogen, weil dieser fiel zu nah ist und ich mich mehrmals gestoßen habe. Außerdem finde ich die Wasserhahnarmatur unglücklich gesetzt. Auch hier zu wenig Raum. Habe mir mehrmals meine Nägel angehauen. Für den Preis einfach ein NoGO. Und als Liebhaberin des vormals Hard Rock Hotel, hat mich das Virgin nicht wirklich überzeugt.

Amazing experience and rare kind of hotel to find in Las Vegas where it's clean and comforateble.

It is one of the best hotels in Vegas. It is very clean and has no smoke smell in your room. The room and hotel design is fantastic, not just like a common US hotel. There are so many facilities in the hotel! The location is very very close to the airport, walkable to the strip (~20 mins) but not in the strip.

Excellent property with tastefully done chambers and modern decor!

I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless it was one of the last options.

I like the lighting, the view, the bathroom and layout of my room. I also like the convenience of seeing your hotel bill, in room dining and streaming services on the TV.I like that I woke up late and I got a complimentary hour to check out so I didn’t have to rush to leave.

I didn’t like you have the mini bar and no fridge or microwave for your personal food/drinks. I also didn’t like the location of it being a good distance from the strip. I didn’t have daily room cleaning my whole stay and couldn’t get new towels and yes, my do not disturb button was not on, so I’m not sure why I couldn’t be serviced. And there was some difficulty with checking in to the hotel with my reservation through third party.

Not enough staff to address adequate customer service needs

It was a nice trip until we saw they charged us duplicate & now they won’t respond.

We were prepaid with booking.com but they charged our credit card a whole new nightly rate of $400 erroneously and now we cannot get anyone to reply to fix this. Very disappointing for a trip to unwind.

Un hotel de gran nivel, pero las recepcionistas no son muy amables y tampoco manejan otro idioma.

Las habitaciones son increíbles. Vale la pena.

La atención en recepción. Lamentablemente, me tocó lidiar con recepcionistas que atendían muy mal y no sabían hablar español. Pero no solo el idioma fue que afectó, hubo una muy mala atención de parte de las recepcionistas mujeres.

Less commercial hotel more cool guy hip home to stay in

Loved the decor and overall feel of this hotel. Seemed more home-y. Our meal at Kassi was amazing! The beds so cozy and the staff so friendly. Makes me want to go back to Vegas just to stay there again.

Great locations close to the convention center. Very good food and ambiance. Service at front desk from Abigale was 10 out of 10.

Hard to figure out how to dim the lights, bed could be more comfortable and a balcony would have been nice.

Got married!

Excellent experience for my family and I while we travel across the U.S. Sadly the valet manager spoke to me in a way that is very disrespectful and was very degrading, ONE steak had the worst steak i have had in a while but everything else there was wonderful, so my score is a 5 because of that, wonderful place and had a great time other than those two things. Oh, and The Kitchen resturants prime rib for 29.99 is amazing! ONE steak could take some pointers from the basic resturant!

We celebrated our nuptials at ONE steak, app was wonderful, martinis were wonderful! Ordered the lobster entree and the double porter house for 2 as a treat to ourselves. Everything was awesome! Except the steak, had lots of gristle and was super unseasoned. Manager came over and near all the steak was still there and they offered a dessert to us over taking the steak off. Also, as stated before the valet manager was a jerk and spoke down to me and it bothered me tremendously.

Highly recommend

I love having 2 bathrooms 😊, our resort suite don't have it . The staff was great, my room was cleaned daily, and a great amount of linen at all times. The location was great, stores and eateries across the street, close to the airport and the strip. Great view. The ice cream shop, lounge (bar) & pizza were delicious. The live entertainment was great also. They sang a variety of 🎵 🎶. It was really nice to win at the crap table also, it was my first time playing and the guys who worked the table were really nice and taught me about the game. I must say I was not a fan when I booked, I tried everything I could to get the other couple to book on the strip because that's what I was used to, but I must say..Virgin you have a true fan in this house. The suite was near the elevator, but we never heard any noise.
