Location was amazing the concert hall was right in front of us staff was very pleasant casino floor was extremely clean
Coming up to the room I felt like each floor had its own value so if we use booking.com I always feel we get the crappier floor so when we got to our floor you could tell it wasn't very maintained the carpet was filthy walking into the room the room had a really bad smell like at one time maybe it was smoked in the wallpaper was stapled on where it was falling there was some stains around the room and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I'd ever slept in which is really sad because I have stayed at this hotel before in the Suites on a different floor and it was amazing also no microwave or fridge like at least have a mini fridge there we went to buy some sodas and the sodas came out of the machine warm the ice cubes had some like black little debris on them maybe mold so we're drinking warm sodas cuz we don't trust the ice it was really sad the price was amazing but the rest horrible

It is supposedly the only 100% non smoking hotel/casino in Las Vegas. The gym and pools were excellent.
We travelled their in an electric car. It was not essential to have charging at the hotel but it is a nice feature and the Park MGM offers it. But their website is very vague as to how available it is, what types of plugs they use and where the stations are. I called and the staff was very uninformed other than to say what level of the parking structure they were at. When we arrived they were all full and there was not a way to get on a waiting list. We also learned that they were not complimentary as they are many places. They are run by a vendor, which had we known that, we could have downloaded their app beforehand and set up a payment method. We finally got it all figured out but not after a lot of confusion and running back and forth to the hot stifling parking structure when I could have been enjoying my stay.
The check in process was a nightmare. We had checked in online but you still have to follow up at a kiosk. The kiosks had lines and did not work when it was our turn. The person in front of us was having the same experience. We finally got in the regular check in line and got processed the old fashion way. One of the problems at our kiosk, we learned from someone else later, was they had not loaded it with stock to self print your room key. But the kiosk does not tell you that is the problem so you just keep going round in circles and getting rejected.
