The property is cool. I loved the fact that they had a laundry room for a very good price $3.5 per load very fair. Also the gym it’s perfect. I enjoyed my stay there. The fact that has multiple parking spots was also cool

The location was great. I liked that it wasn’t a casino. It was easy to get to your room without having to walk through a crowded area.
They don’t have coffee in the lobby area or at least water.

I like the convenient location, easy access, and small, cosy environment. Having a 24/7 shop right next door is also a big plus.
The only downside is that there is no restaurant on the premises. It would be great to have a basic café or small restaurant where guests in a hurry could grab a coffee, tea, toast, or a light breakfast, similar to what motels typically offer.
When I checked out, Ruby was on duty. I apologised for being an hour late, as I had requested a late checkout through Expedia but, for some reason, the information had not been communicated to the property. Ruby was very kind and understanding. Once I explained the situation, she handled the checkout process quickly, politely, and professionally. I really appreciated her helpful attitude.
During the first two nights, there was a young girl working the night shift whose attitude was very poor. She barely responded properly to any questions and often mumbled to herself. It was quite irritating, especially because she avoided eye contact and came across as completely uninterested in interacting with guests. Her attitude made it seem as though she didn’t care that I was a guest and she was there to assist. This was extremely frustrating, but despite her behaviour, I still made an effort to speak to her politely and respectfully.
